and I can't find any examples of a signed contract then needing board approval.[both BODs as well] And to me it does't make sense - as it turns contract law upside down and infers whoever signed did not have board approval - which means it isn't signed. Anyone come across such a strange concept before? Is it Iran specific ? Maybe someone could do a TC - he still doesn't like me!
