I invested here for one reason. I’ve live in HK for 20 years and early on I notoced the street food stalls for lunches were packed out in the central/ wan chai/ admiralty districts. Big turnover, massive margins, recurring- and invisible- like scrap yard owners - very quiet & highly profitable The stall holders are minted - they have no overheads. People forget the basics sometimes, too good to be true.??
