There is loads he can say that doesn't need a RNS - timeframes / discussions with etc.

Hell of alot more likely to be soon now we have a younger, proactive CEO with 7.5% of CHAR shares a longer term strategy to adapt to the changing world than when we had an old lethargic CEO with a history of non performance and owing a mere 2m shares, most of which were gifted at nil cost.
With the BOD more aligned with shareholders, its evidence [not absolute] that things are about to change.
Someone with 7.5% has a greater desire to monetise than us on this BB.

I generally only hold shares where the executive have over 5% skin in the company - its not foolproof but ticks a big risk box

Given the say 15% drop on low volume, I was expecting to see some sizeable delayed sells after hours - there have been none.
It’s been a day and half shake on recent historical thin volumes.
I’m happy

look at BPC mcaop, its huge at 70m and they have low cash and very speculative assets.

Its 88m now!

Yep, new man at the helm with vision, ability, a sense of urgency and 7.5% of the company - so aligned with us small fry.

It is - I'm getting 50k max buy on RSP even with more sells than buys.

There's no point being debt free, cashed up and have big assets if you don't do anything - you need management to monetise them.
And now we have - I'm expecting alot more RNSs now rather than the 6 month drought that was the norm.
AP knows his 7.5% is worth a load - lets see how fast our new driver is!

Yep, that interview persuaded me especially his desire to proactively drive the company as you highlighted- almost a blueprint of ORPH - new man amalgamated 3 great asset companies but run by academics so going nowhere - bought 6% and turned it around.
AP seems very similair - smart, lateral thinking, energetic, big shareholder and not hanging around - with great assets.
In addition, I checked sig holders and looks around 32% sticky so relatively small float - as can be seen when doing large dummy quotes.
With a 1p downside risk, this looks one of the best risk/rewards out there

What's changed is that the old slow paced CEO who did just enough to stretch things out has been replaced by a CEO with 7.5% of the company who wants his sig investment unlocked at the best price he can get - at last aligned with all other shareholderrs.
And hey presto, 2 months into the job and a 158% increase is reported - the old BOD would almost certainly known about this for sometime.
So we now have a dynamic CEO with skin in the game and upped broker ratings and cash about 70% of mcap and no debt and no corking costs.
Thats what attracted me.
