If I wanted to ask a question, it would be along these lines.
"If there was anyway we could develop a home treatment that could reduce hospital admissions and protect front line staff of the NHS, should we not back it fully. Most importantly to protect the front line staff and to ease the pressure on the economy and small business owners."

I added the nebulizer in my e mail, promoted the home treatment and less hospital admissions. Just my thoughts.
