I think pharma shares are a pretty safe haven but I'd say Gold is a better savmfe haven at the min

I also have omi which I have done well recently with which you will have also I dare say Tom. My original investment in omi is going to be invested here tomorrow morning. The profits I've made in omi will stay for the duration. I was invested here in the past but I took it out & invested elsewhere. Now I'm back & now I've had more news & info to read & take in about the company will be leaving my investment a bit longer. Hopefully we & everyone else here does well from it. GLA

I've had my best day on the market for over 18months today. All of the profit I made came straight into Syme I topped up on 4 different occasions. I couldn't be happier with what I've done.

I was one of those thst lost a lot of money on SXX the SP in that company went up to 39p on potential of selling potash. In all respect the product is needed without doubt, but syme has a product that's needed an awful lot more by an awful lot more companies in all over the world

Exo15 I'm pretty certain 99% of us here have held & won't be budged now they've constantly played their games. They need to realise the more they play the happier we will become as sure as eggs are eggs they're doing it for 1 single reason. Now why would they want all of the shares in this company for themselves. Every single way you look at syme, the market they have the potential alone to corner, im talking just potential alone here the SP should be 10x what it is now. The size & scope for this is unmatched in anything I've looked into in the past 25 yrs.

One rns confirming one of the contracts they're talking over we will hit 50p no problem if there's another country on top of that these things tend to snowball we've seem it quite a few times already this year with these pharma shares.

It's every day we get all of these buys showing up after the market is closed. We the retail investors only hold 12% of SYME shares as it is. The financial institutions won't be happy until they squeeze us down to the last 1% the way they're going. My point being there's a massive reason not many retail investors become millionaires. When the big financial institutions want to own what they think is going to be an absolute monster they'll try everything in the book and some to get their hands on every spare share there is in a company. No other share on the market does this happen to every single day without fail. Be patient & don't let the bas*ards grind you down. Surely they know by now us that have hung on in there despite big losses for many have very sticky fingers & we're cute enough to see through their games. GLA won't be long now

I haven't had any complaints size wise I am married to Jimmy crankie though. So I've never felt the need to measure it so I don't know how long Starbuck just be patient all good things come to those who wait.

The only advice I could give you Rusty is don't follow the herd & you're best off doing your own research into a company. You're also better off this is just in my opinion buying from the biggest fallers list than the biggest risers. When you like a company wait for the SP to drop to buy in. On the AIM prices fluctuate for no reason whatsoever on the most part

Is your 600k house bought & paid for like my both houses? Both were bought & paid for when I was 45yrs it's irrelevant how much your house is worth if you're still paying for it. I'm just a hard working builder not a professional smart ar*e. I come on here to make mine & my wife's retirement comfortable. Also my kids will receive from us as long as we can provide. Both have very good jobs & are university educated. Which isn't bad for 2 young kids from council estates & are the 1st generation in each others families to own there own home. So you being 79 & giving it 2 pensions & house blah blah doesn't really wash to be honest. I won't filter you as you amuse me.

Im sorry but I disagree about the SP going down to the mid. 30's only 12% of the shares are held by retail investors. In my opinion institutions who own the vast majority of these shares would have to sell a massive amount of their holding to go that far down. I couldn't see institutions investing here to sell at a loss to send the price that far down. There's a reason so many of these shares are held by financial institutions. Its not to lose money.

I dont mind sharing it with this board until last week I've had the worst year on the market I've ever had. It started with months of crap with SXX where I'd placed all of my retirement money. Me being experienced thought don't panic ride it. Only to be left with a very small percentage of my retirement money. I've had plenty of time through the lockdown to research a lot of companies. So I thought I'd try & win my money back. I picked some fantastic companies but having been recently burnt jumped out at the slightest sight of a drop in SP (only if I'd left 3 alone). Only to see them perform brilliantly up to now. So I've lost 4 fold the money I invested on what these are today. Buying into dead end lifestyle companies that are always being diluted. So I picked 3 or 4 I thought I could trust to just my money to ride. After being down to my last 2K I still held my nerve. Then last week this share I bought lastly for 17p a couple of month ago but don't quote me on timings & 2 others perked up my other is & the more I look into it a lame duck but 3 out of 4 is very good going. I'm now starting to earn a bit money back finally. It's this share here alone that I honestly believe will not only get my retirement money back, but it'll also provide the money for my retirement. The other 2 are a bonus.
