We had a very successful placing at 0.9 our board have filled their boots at 0.9. We have a portfolio of assets being developed to plan most of which drown the current market cap with any risked based valuation. Why the drop then? This must be market manipulation to scare PIs out of their holding prior to news? Or am I missing something? JB

It’s Friday, we are on the mend (some way to go for some I know, I am one of those knowing). I think the blip is behind us let’s stop the bickering, give DB the benefit of the doubt he is doing his best to manage leaks blah blah and there is an investigation going ect etc. Let get back to why we are here and developing and realising the potential in our portfolio. PS I do appreciate I was wobbling over the week and pointing the blame at DB. But that’s why he get paid the big bucks! He is operating a leaky ship! A select few individuals are getting in wider information and exploiting it to their gain at the expense of us IPs. Why the rise today, I bet we see then RNS tonight is Monday of complete placement? How do some already know that? JB

I put half that in catching the falling knife chasing my losses. Foolish but easily done. Still average 20p ish JB

Feel so sorry for the people scare out with fear here. Also to the likes of Nightingale who are suffering with stress and family issues because of being underwater. Great that we are now going in the right direction. I just took a few more this morning would be rude not too! JB

I am beginning to wonder if we are not going to place near term and DB is holding out now for news to bump us back up before any placing? JB

Unfortunately I tend to side with Oiler and have much sympathy for his frustrations. This on the face of it seems to be being very badly managed to say the least. I still believe in the asset thought but I too am lose faith in the management for us being in this situation. JB

I feel for you buddy I have done a similar thing on Sou. But been rescued to a degree here and in RBD. I think it is probably a blip here and this will hopefully turn quickly for you and us all. Try not to stress, life is far more important than money. JB

I don’t disagree about the .1 placing, but if you had asked me a week or 2 ago about a placing at 0.15 I would have laugh at you then and said no chance. If DB keeps ****ting on his hands and the share price keeps falling 5% or so per day then anything is possible! I hope he acts soon! JB

It was in an earlier post, I think it was in relation to the leak not to the actual company? But I suppose that could be one and the same thing? JB

Hi, thanks for the feedback, i don't disagree with anything you have said. I just think there must be a way to control the damage here and its in his hands. Either suspension or some further follow up/status RNS. The news vacuum is bleeding the share price. I have caught the falling knife and have more funds to put in if we do drop lower but the last RNS and lack of followup news is killing us. Good luck and thanks again for your response! JB

He should update one way or another what he has done in the RNS is commit commercial suicide especially with no follow up! JB

Problem here is loss of confidence in DB. Him not taking charge and keeping the market appraised at the same time the share price is tumbling make a placing at a very low price most likely. I think there is more going on than we know here with Humber and DB’s hand is being forced. Whatever it is at the moment it looks badly managed, let’s hope there is a valid reason that adds value long term to make up for this short term pain. JB

Yes but he needs to **** or get off the pot. If happening he needs to announce the price and timing ASAP. At this pace of share price decline we are going to be very diluted. Ok for those with cash to put in but for those not this is far too painful! JB

DB either needs to get this placing done now or RNS that he going to postpone. No news vacuum is killing the share price here. He needs to stop being aggrieved with the leek and take back control! Come on DB get a grip! JB
