Yes good spot BC. Nicola also said she doesn't see any problems with selling 3 nights in London. Like everybody else though, she probably didn't factor in that we'd still be waiting for the line ups, 1 month away.

Around 21.45 of the video DC transparency, alluding to the loan to fund future concerts (without a placing), which is to his credit. There was alot of excitement from the trolls on that RNS.

Whole lot of promise with this company when you listen back. It is just that at the moment though unfortunately for long suffering shareholders and for whatever reason, execution seems to be lacking. On the face of it, London sell out seemed achievable. But either bad luck, bad planning or seemingly not taking care of the small details seems to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory all too often.

That said, the current SP reflects all of the above. Not like we've been at giddy valuations at any point in the last 12 months.

They were submitted late because of a change of auditor.

They said August. So I think if we enter September and the share is still suspended, then I will start to worry, but not before.

There surely needs to be some risk evaluation for any future locations / dates.

A clause in the contract to stop SBS drip feeding these line ups, so close to the event would be nice. It is damaging the brand by pishing off fans and negatively affecting ticket sales. Maybe get SBS on the hook for some of the risk (and reward) and they might be abit more interested in shifting their @rses. As it stands, the current strategy feels like a risky one where we are at the mercy of SBS.

We weren't hoping for much were we. Madrid and London over 80% sales tickets seemed achievable, with SBS lining up the bands. Now delays from our own making (probably) around the financing, coupled with SBS seemingly throwing us under the bus with this drip feeding the line ups, selling 80% seems abit of a long shot now, let alone selling out, which is what I stupidly thought would happen.

I do believe bands are confirmed now, after they said 'next week', but why more delays. You are already late with the line ups FFS, just announce asap and stop doing the maximum to pish these fans off.

I think, just to manage expectations, Ticketmaster held blocks back last time. It wouldn't surprise me if they are holding back rows this time. We all thought they were near sell out with Madrid and they kept reloading blocks. Hope I am wrong!

On a positive, Twitter views seem to be 10x + greater for London related posts, compared with Madrid. Let us hope that translates to ticket sales.

I think we can all agree however that if they hold back on the line ups, it will negatively affect ticket sales.

There are plenty of negatives with this company.

But one of the ‘potential’ positives is the chance that this festival might sell out or sell well, resulting in a profit. If you do not believe possible one of the potential shining lights in the Group, I would wonder what other reasons you had to invest in the first place.

Rio forgive my cynicism but I have never seen you say anything positive.

And your points make logical sense RE ticket sales but imo, if the/SBS secure popular bands then these festivals will sell well. 2 of the 3 bands are bigger than the biggest band in Madrid. Add in London as a location being more likely to sell.

It will be doom and gloom if sales compare to Madrid but lets wait and see. If you don't believe they can sell these events then not sure why you would hold.

A lot can happen. And the proof will be in the pudding. Nobody has a crystal ball as to how ticket sales will go.

Negative speculation on a share you don't hold = get a life loser

Let us hope the full line ups are there before or at the latest on the day of general sale tickets. Are they announcing more bands today? It all hinges on the quality of the acts and so far so good, but they need to keep them coming.

And if DC or anyone at lvcg is reading, please look at doing a deal with the bands on streaming profit share and get them plugging it on their socials + doing exclusive behind the scenes content.

It clearly isn't ideal Bennster but what do you think was the alternative? O2 wanted upfront money. Would you prefer they issued equity at 2p (or less). We can only hope it is a successful event financially and cashflow is managed appropriately so we are not in that position again. If BL doesn't show a profit this year I'd be tempted to sell some of it.

Also LVCG taking the gamble financially should mean more sway with the bands/SBS. I've always had the impression we dance completely to their tune and I think there needs to be more influence from lvcg. And I'm talking directly about the timing of when bands are announced, rather than holding it back or drip feeding names.

I also think bands should be cut into the streaming revenue, in exchange for them plugging it on their socials and offering some exclusive behind the scenes type bonuses. Everyone is leaving money on the table by not doing this IMO.

Hopefully by Friday, we'll have more artists announced. I doubt lvcg have much control over when things are announced, but it should be obvious to anyone that getting tickets on sale this close to the gig happening requires the full line ups asap.

They need to give an update to fans and shareholders one way or the other next week and ASAP.

Share is suspended and this London announcement delayed, with no explanation is not good enough towards shareholders (again) not to mention the delay is damaging the brand with fans.

Where is the communication DC and team? Turning open goals into own goals. Sort your **** out asap ffs and communicate.

How realistic is it that they release financials on an event that happened less than 10 days ago?

And London - there are multiple partners to bring together. Just because things haven’t been confirmed, ie bands involved, doesn’t mean that hasn’t been confirmed behind the scenes.

All you’re doing is trying to scare monger and speculate, when the markets aren’t even open. Get a life!
