I give a opinion as strong buy,

why?

because at this diluted s/p ,

placeing price, it is.

this will bag from here in coming weeks,

unfortunately the investors with average in the 3/4/are not going to recover there investment unless we have a miracle, or double up there investment at this s/p. ( sadly,we have all been there)

but all hope is not lost, the high risk/ high reward did not play out as investors hoped, a red herring has kept he1 a float,

the second roll of the dice will be rolled with a over subscibed placeing and a chance to recoup/ make money at a very diluted s/p.
