At the level of weshop at present its a great opportunity for a buy out for amazon, after all the concept is fantastic, just needs selling better,( maybe) amazon tried something similar years ago and failed, may be a buy out soon of weshop.

To be honest, this is at a price where real money can be made, but not for faint hearted, I hope it stays this low ,or lower in next few days, as I have a great lumber of cash to pick up Thursday, ( large contract final payment) due , may hit TR1 if possible.

Thats is correct, but they had upto May to give the decision, but choose earlier knowing that the quarterly update will land before the expiry date of loan, if you thought the update was going to be below expectations you would hang on and get a better deal,( risk reward) but choose to settle with in the run up to quarterly update.

I would think that speaks volumes.

Sure if ,40 working days or calendar days,

Weshop must be frantically working for the subscription figures to be positive, as this first report could be the make or break, I would also suspect weshop to be enlarging there market with news of Asia, Canada and Europe, maybe not all 3 but at least one of the above, the clock is ticking and stability is in the s/p uk( wecap, usa ,weshop)

We are in traders zone and ups and downs will be the case as we approach the dead line, its a build and hold for me, ( as I'm in deep) and have made my investment decision to see this out.

One could assume, the latest news regarding the did extension is:

Hawk anticipate, weshop/ wecap has hit bottom and its time to strike a deal before weshop ( decides) to update the market via its quarterly release of figures and expenditure into other countries, i,e ,Europe, Asia and Canada as its only a matter of 16 days for this news to land and the deal will not be as lucrative if we wait.

We are all aware, weshop, since ipo, has been trading for 3 months, the nasdaq rules are, you have 40 days for each quarterly trading to issue a market update.

We have the dcb sorted. Next is weshop update/ figures for there first quarter,

We are 14days into that (strict) 40 days.

I've said this before and still have it in mind

Come November, which all think is the end of the wecap adventure, when able to cash in,I think its just the start of things to come.

Wecap will create a additional role to play within the creation of weshop.

Not sure what ,but I have in mind, weshop shares will be created ( if chosen) it to a crypto currency ( weshop coin) traded on the crypto market and wecap will be the crypto treasury company, generating income for share holders.

But ,thats me thinking out the box.

Weshop can't just keep giving out shares with purchase, and consolidation every 6 months.

They need a alternative.

And a weshop coin is a great alternative.

The timing of the extension could of been either, sooner or later, the deal is related to the weshop s/p ,

As its low ,hawk can ask more, if higher, the deal would be more in our favour.

For all we know, hawk could of brought weshop down, ( bought in ipo and sold in rise)
