im not sure sgsc will off load all there shares,
may be 50% and keep the rest, which in turn still gives them a good % in vela, which is not just the sale of the pill, its all our other investments also, the company.the maths would / may work out better if kept there toe in vela.

i agree sgsc is a respectible charity,and im not saying that they would do any thing underhanded, as that would be slanderous,

only today i read about princes charles charity, have a evening /dinner and night stay with prince charles,£100k.

as warrents are activated the market cap is diluted,( held up by volume on build up to news) if results not good sgsc holdings value will be worth a lot less,
what im getting at is, sgsc had the power to prolong results and increase there holding value of up to 10/15%, but choose not to, it indicates to me positive results.

yes, i can not stop thinking why sgsc let vela have to oppertuneity to exercise warrants, if warrants dilute s/p, and bad news with results, the s/p will tank, then get diluted again with there 1.1 billion shares, sgsc could end up with £400/£500 k out of £1.1 mill.

dont like to wish life away, but next week can not come fasr enough,
