i have a family member who is a bio-chemist, as all you know on her who they work for,

you have to look at the full picture,
the word marginally is being used,
if marginally, saves 10% of lives and you are one, its priceless,
if marginally, as a goverment saves you millions, its priceless,
if marginally, is the best we have, and its cheap, well, it will be used, untill something cheaper and with a bigger (marginally) treatment comes along,
so as i see it,
% low, mid, or high,on the effectiveness, the gov, world wide, and nhs in uk will snatch there hand of if it saves them money in any way , its all down to, money,
