Hopefully someone puts the question to the board about the cash pile. Either use it or return it to shareholders imo.
It will just put a squeeze on prices for when they start exporting again imo. Indonesia can't consume all the palm oil they make, it's inevitable they will go back to exporting.
I saw Affan on Twitter said it will be full year results on Friday and the TU in May. Seems a bit backwards from previous years though
31st of March 2021- $142.3m Cash, Average CPO Price $1078
31st or September 2021 - $192.2m Cash, Average CPO Price $1178
31st of March 2022 - Average CPO Price $1500/1600? Cash?
I have no idea why MPE are worth double this, when they have a fraction of the available cash. AEP should be trading a lot higher, and also put in a dividend to attract more investors imo.
When both stage 1 and stage 2 are completed at the current price of $33,5K nickel it would make $971.5m a year revenue and after forecasted costs, $783m profit. The company currently has a market cap of $361m. Not hard to see what is going to happen in the next few years imo.
Got a decent chunk at 374, shouldn't be anywhere near this price. Nearly $200m EBITDA and it's worth sub £500m. Crazy
All nt. Can't buy
Odd time for people people to get bearish about HZM with nickel at $46K. All it says is that there is a likely deficit of the material in the near future. HZM just happens to have 2 tier 1 projects...granted they aren't producing, but if anyone is looking for a construction ready tier 1 project they are few and far between ATM. All imo.
Does anyone know how much the Egypt assets are taking in at the current oil price? I know it's gas weighted and has a fixed price, also the Egyptian tax is pretty high. From the initial Egypt documents it says $140m a year, but should be a lot more with higher production and higher liquid prices? And am I right in thinking the effective date is January 2021? So they should have a full years earnings?
What I can't understand is that the reserves here as regarded as good as zero value. Surely this becomes a takeover target for the majors? An easy add to their reserves, they are also cash rich due to a great 2021. It's also a green project to produce green metals for the energy transition....the radio silence from HZM doesn't help. Has anyone been in contact with them?
I know it's maybe not as simple as this, but if the resource is bigger than anticipated. Why not increase the capital expenditure and increase the production for the next 10 years? So instead of 299 they mine 400 a year? Does anyone have any thoughts?
