Matd have even treating us like mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed manure, we need a clear and concise explanation as to what has happened to put us in a position where we are, we are no better off than before the EL and Placing occurred. I'm mean do all the PM Board think a £10m placing was a small one?, imo I think we're languishing around 3p because the market see's it as a none generating company for another year and has seized the opportunity to make a lot of money before any oil is brought to surface. It still begger's belief why tell everyone that, why not wait until all formalities where in the bag and then announce no production at least until September, the SP would have reflected a truer value. Well all this mushroom can do is wait for Matd's explanation via RNS . Hopefully some Stella news re JV or something to put us back on track as this is just pitiful, I thought after EL and Placing without pumping oil out we should've been at least 15 to 20p now. According to the detailed feasibility study, 650 km of crude oil pipeline from Dornod oil field XIX and XXI will be connected to the oil refinery. It is unknown at this time which country or company will build the pipeline, but Russian and Chinese technologies will be chosen based on Mongolia's climate and environmental conditions. The estimated cost of the pipeline is estimated at more than $ 300 million.

It now appears to me that people have vented there frustrations and are starting to get to grips with the bigger picture. Yes it's hard to see us at this SP level after the EL announcement and then the placing bombshell which was quite annoying and to be told no drilling until 2022 which is what I believe crashed the SP. I have added more to my holding recently and reduced my average because I'm willing to wait for the gains that I believe will be ours for the taking all in due course. GLA :-))

Perhaps this may have something to do with no works planned this year. There are some legal formalities required to register the Exploitation Area, to present annual land usage plans to the local authorities and to secure budget approval from MRPAM. These will be pursued over the coming months.The boundaries of the exploitation area shall be measured pursuant to clause 24.4.5 of this law and the work of placing boundary markers shall be performed by the respective professional body within 90 days of the issuance of the exploitation license. The Ministry of Mining shall notify a respective local administrative body that an exploitation license has been issued or extended. If there are any wrong doings then I'm sure it will all be made clear soon enough, me I'm just going to watch how this all develops and hopefully PM turns into a producer and explorer with a share price to match. My buy today was 3.29p so it's difficult to say what's a buy or sell but all the buying I would have thought SP should have moved up a bit more. GLA

Got in my top up and now have a nice big fat round number of shares and brings my average down in the process now all's to do is sit back and enjoy the journey to production and the raptors, GLA :-))

Having re read the RNS's a few times they appear to be more pleased about the placing than license being awarded, as the word "pleased" doesn't get a mention in the El RNS,umm. GLA

"Stitched up like a kipper" but an opportunity to get a few more lower than I anticipated and get that full round number of shares, but there's plenty of time till production starts and bring on Velociraptor which I now believe will happen. GLA

As I mentioned previously I would be more than willing to take up a rights issue but it appears that the market thinks the awarding of the EL isn't the catalyst we were all expecting it to be, I have a SP figure in mind to take advantage of while we wait for a funding Vs JV package but I now believe once all this is in place we still have a nine, ten month wait before we start to generate any income which would seem like an eternity to the market. Not advice just my opinion and maybe a great opportunity to get that full round number of shares I'd like and I'm more than happy to wait knowing this stock has been de risked. Just going to chill and watch this story pan out now. GLA

I think I would have to take part in a rights issue too, as I'm not close enough to the SP I have in mind before I top slice, adding more shares to my holding seems like a good idea, adding more whilst I watch and wait for the Raptors to come around. GLA

Don't know about anyone else but for me this has always been the long game. Now we have the EL I can comfortably wait for the raptors which Heron will see to that. Enjoy the journey. GLA
