Why are they concentrating on renewables when they should be concentrating on getting Heron 1 2 and 3 up and running if LP is granted and signed off within the time stated by Mike. I still think that the Velociraptor block V will be 2024 (regardless whether Mike says first half 2023 or before anyone jumps all over me the first quarter) before the drill hits the ground, frustrating on my part as it's been over 5 years since I signed up for the Velociraptor drilling, goal posts moved again, and no not looking for a lower entry point presumed by people who haven't been on the chat board for months, shows who might have just bought in and are pumping for there exit point as I have enough shares here thank you very much. So I still believe there'll be a RNS just before Xmas but that'll be the share awards. GLA

Slight change of tactics by PM, if Heron LP not sorted in time then Velociraptor is the back up plan with everything in place kind of makes sense but then again if LP sorted will Velociraptor get put off until early 2024 and they plough money into getting the Heron development up and running then go back to block V when they can self fund and probably do a cash raise later next year. We shall see but nothing happening until spring now. GLA

REGARDING ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR SPECIAL NEEDS OF THE STATE

Based on the provisions of Article 16.1.14 and Article 18.1.2 of the Land Law, the Government of Mongolia DETERMINES:

1. 20 hectares of land for the construction of a centralized facility for hazardous waste in the territory of certain Sum, Central Province, shall be taken for special state use, and the change of turning points of the land border and the size of the area shall be approved as annexed.

2. The Land Management, Geodesy and Cartography Department (A. Enkhmanlai) should be instructed to register the land acquired for special state needs in the land cadastre state database according to the appropriate procedure, sign a land use contract, and issue a certificate.

3. Establish a protective zone for one kilometer from the border of the land acquired for special state needs, and not to create a population settlement in the area, to engage in animal husbandry, farming, food production, service activities, and construction of buildings and structures. Governor of the Central Province, D. Monkhbaatar, should be instructed to take measures to prevent units and organizations from owning, possessing, or using land.

Email, I think this may help answer your question, my take is this law you refer to is for the supply of petroleum products from other entities but I think once these governmental issues regarding land access are sorted then if and when PM start producing then it could have an effect on them. Bowley, let's hope they don't issue billions of shares like confetti (ukog) to keep the lights on, should be enough for now to keep them going till next spring but what is the grand plan? Only a few more weeks and we should get some sort of Comms or at least a share award RNS with hopefully some sort of explanation because this is starting to feel to uncomfortable even for me. GLA
