Dish, same here. I'm hoping I'm wrong, but I've seen nothing in all my time here to convince me otherwise. Posts on other BB's seem to be thinking the same way however.

Any new offer/IPO would be through AIM and our shares would carry into the 'new' company. However, I'd suggest, if the deal doesn't happen then STEL is dead in the water. Theoretically we could still sell our shares if we delist - but you just wait and see how that works out! Who will want to buy shares (off market) in a delisted company which has no chance of funding its sole remaining asset (Togo)? Closure, and assets reappearing under a new company ran by the same Directors - that's my prediction. KS has been messing around with and passing around Togo for over 10 years through a variety of companies and it;s still nowhere near to producing anything.

How can it be a strong buy (and no one can sell) when the shares are still suspended! We now only have 2 weeks or so until we get delisted from AIM completely.

3 weeks until we will be delisted. Most assets JV'd off. Togo mine requiring $24 million alone for development. Face it guys, it's looking we've been well and truly done over here.

Considering we were sitting around 2p for quite a while when the hope for a Kumba deal was on the table - I suggest / believe our prospects are currently even better than then. I can see that level being attained again (at a minimum) as we move into and beyond Q2 with cash flow coming in. More deals in the offing as well to boost that cash flow higher. It's looking like a no brainer now. GLA to all LT former Ferrets and new arrivals (Kerats are we now?) :-)

Lano - I've been in here since Feb 2012! Got a big holding now and averaged down a lot also (0.8 now) and despite the setbacks I'm still confident in the BOD giving a healthy return.

Oil - agreed. But he stated figures on gold production alone and for next year! Not saying he's ramping per se - but alluding to meets with DR and info shared etc as well as spurious predictions aren't really very informative. As I suggested - anything stated in a Pub to members of the public is fair game for all of us, not just a select few as seems to be portrayed. DR doesn't seem to work that way and after many years in here I'b be more than a little peeved if he did.

How would you come to that Mcap? 20-30k ounces of gold per year - so say a mean of 25,000. Profit of $3-400 per ounce, so again choose the mean of $350 = income of $13,212,500 at current exchange rates. Basically doubling our existing Mcap. Long way short of $20 mil let alone 30. I'm as LT and optimistic as any here but unless they have larger profits or/and more gold I fail to see how that alone can generate the numbers you mention.

Hufc - are you sure this isn't just a plug for your website? As you are a member of the public like the rest of us, I'd suggest any info told to you by DR in a pub is fair game for us one and all, surely?

CB, yes, I understand that. Just wondering what that fraction may be. I mean, 1% alone of Malelane NPV would almost double our MCap! Throw in Mabega and a share of Leinster and there has to be some significant value for us, surely, based on what we are currently valued at?

DR advising against hopes of substantial money for Mabega / Malelane - though surely they have to have some degree of meaningful value for us? $523 million NPV at Malelane alone, so what would be a fair market value in the current climate for both??? Common sense approach in my view as we have assets that can't be realised for the considerable future. Perhaps they are going to redirect towards more precious/specialised metals once again. That is after all where they have excelled in the past.
