Production? No deal has been agreed for Tonguma (now a Tribute instead of RTO) - and Tongo remains without a mining license still. Other 'assets' have been JV'd off - and we haven't received the due fees for those yet. They need $31 million to mine both - if and when they are able. Despite previous statements saying funds would be raised via debt, equity and other instruments, the latest RNS confirms that instead they will look to place another 50 million shares. Do yourself a favour and put your money somewhere else!

Togo has been 'explored' for more than 10 years and is no closer to producing profits as it was when under Petra or Mano. KS has ridden this horse to its death.

Cotto - 1. no mention of the mining licence (Tongo), just the environmental, and that talk began in May last year. We've had no notification of it being awarded yet they are now fundraising for it while days earlier telling us we'd remain suspended.. 2. "Stellar intends to relocate and upgrade the plant which will then become the processing facility for the combined mining operation" i.e. Relocate processing plant from Tonguma (which is licensed) to Tongo - which is not licensed. Huh? 3. Raise $10 million - when all prior info tells us $25 mil+ is needed to mine Tongo and $40 mil + to mine both. Huh? I'd reckon your 40k is now worth only around 4k (?) - so what exactly have you seen from this lot that makes you remotely optimistic in seeing a 10 fold increase just for you to break even? Most of us holders from before consolidation are massively screwed and I won't at all be surprised if Tongo doesn't simply turn into another Kono.

I think anyone being realistic knows the answer to that! Alliance news reports "The company said it expects trading of its shares to resume from next Monday, with completion of the share placing." Sell off on the cards if that happens which will leave them in an even bigger mess, especially as already stating more short term funding will need to be raised afterwards. Death spiral.

There are people stuck in this dog of a share who have averages well over and above the old 6p - let alone the current post consolidation price. I presume you can do maths? 0.06p - yet when consolidation took place the sp was only 0.0035. We are now a third of that! How many times does this BOD think it can slice the same cake? So what if they manage yet another fund raise just in order to to be able to relist - where is $40 million going to come from to mine Togo/Tonguma when they can't even afford $150,000 for the environmental license?

Damn right. Im 96.4% down and would take anything back over nothing at all. Togo is a joke as KS has been messing around with it one way or another for over 10 years now.

George - of course it stinks. Owned or not, we still need to find $40 million to mine both assets. Togo still does';t have a licence and requires $25 million funding all on its own! These are just diversionary tactics to stop us selling, and instead we'll all lose everything when they decide to finally close up.

Midas, Just to make clear - Delisting is not automatic from AIM in our case. Its temporary and only pertains to the RTO. However, STEL financials as of Dec said we would delist if the deal wasn't made. As far as i am concerned they knew the game was up last summer and the RTO suspension ( out of nowhere) stopped us being able to at least get something back for our shares. We are dead in the water - and sold down the river by this useless BOD.
