Yeah, they will acquire the 50 tph processing plant for a 'nominal fee'. Not sure what acquire actually means as elsewhere it is stated if for any reason the agreement gets cancelled we'll also have to give it back, along with other fees.
For sure, all shareholders in here have experienced nothing but sustained losses over many years. It seems (to me at least) that there's little prospect of an investor coming in, especially considering it's been over a year since we were suspended due to the original Octea deal ( a RTO, which then became a JV).
I'm not going to be exactly shocked if the company folds and reopens under 'new' owners who have managed to obtain the asset for peanuts.
