What utter BS. Never owned a share in anything in 2009. I bought my first shares in here, 10th Aug 2011, at 5.2p. If you have been around long enough to explain the utter failure of Kono - after $19 mil of expenditure- as well as the fact this company has no licensed assets whatsoever after 10+ years of trading, then go ahead. Can't take legal action against a shareholder for speaking the truth to newbies on the history of this company. Ironic is a very apt screen-name to use. I could think of a few more for an utter liar though.

Well, having done the maths using the suggested numbers, any new ASX shares would have to increase by 5x their current value for me to just break even. I therefore won't be reserving a new Jag just yet!

No worries, mate. No offence taken. Who could forget Kono! I was going to sell out but that saga and the refusal to admit we had lost it kept me in. Anyhow, as I said, I therefore remain a skeptic but do hope anyone who is still down has a chance of recovering something. It's the least we deserve.

I sincerely hope you are correct, for everyone. However, i would appreciate being allowed a healthy degree of skepticism - we've earned it.

You must be in deep then! The TO is no different to the RTO - which became a tribute, and is still no further forward. I remain highly skeptical therefore.

Just had dinner and looked in! I certainly learnt about AIM the hard way with this one, but it toughened me up for other shares which have compensated. I still cant see anyone making money out of this unless they were people buying at the current 2.5p price and have traded this spike. Makes me laugh at the ramping going on - especially when in old money the sp would be 0.001p right now. And for the record, they have no other licenses. They don't even have the license for Tongo never mind Tongo/Tonguma and what's more they have virtually no money left to fund the FEED and License if they were offered it. I noted at least one II increased their stake by 500% on Tuesday though, just before the latest news came out. AIM, as leaky as a colander. Someone's getting a pay-back and it sure isn't the majority of poor soul who have bought these.

Midas - I don't believe anything in here until it actually happens. Been here since 2011 and watched my investment shrivel to practically zero. I started buying at the pre-consolidation price of 6p. That dropped all the way to the equivalent of .03p when consolidation took place. Current price is still 66% below that! $3 million loan might happen (they need it to keep the lights on etc), but no one is going to take over an asset which has no license to mine in place, and a few issues regarding Octea and SL Gov which still haven't been settled. My opinion - I think a TO is more hype.

Well, anything back is a bonus, but i quit trying to average down at 2p (old money). Every time I bought the sp continued to fall, lol! So what happens if we end up with ASX shares?

Entirely dependent on funding, not just to mine but also to pay for the license if and when it's ever approved. No assets left to sell and no backers knocking the door down to supply the money. It's been 1.5 years since they suspended trading due to the original reverse TO idea, which became a JV instead. Almost a year since we started trading again and in all this time no investors have been found. Not sure how much longer they can survive under these conditions.

DR has sold other companies before production - and had the IO market not collapsed it was very likely AA/Kumba would have bought out our Mebaga asset as the JV deal was structured that way.

Expert ole timer Orion was telling us all conglomerate is where the money was at. Oh well, no bigger a fool than an old fool.

More importantly, on release of the update what will 470 mil CAI shares be worth? An easy rise back to 0.06cents means an intrinsic value of around 17 mil GBP to KRS. Above and beyond is anyone's guess, as is what the total value of an eventual 723 million may be. If CAI get's even a sniff of the recent frenzy in WA over conglomerate, but with actual in the ground proven resource, then who knows what could happen over there. We've all got to hope that at some point it transfers over here to our sp too.

There were 2 billion shares in issue prior to the approval of Calidus to acquire KRS earlier this year and sp ranged from .37 to .45 Not sure what the mcap actually was in May but I'm suggesting that the full value of the current Warrawoona assets have not been fully valued in.

Can't see how you can think the current sp is 'fair'. It's at a similar level to that before Calidus floated and all the additional news.since - suggesting no value at all has yet been attributed. In fact, the sp was .40 almost exactly 2 years ago and before we even had Klondyke - we (FRX) had just began with obtaining the Kalgoorlie tributes.
