Ganfeng are adamant all is in order, the mining reform is still being challenged in the Supreme court and I don't see the Chinese letting go of the lithium without a fight.

I wouldn't write off Ganfeng, A_L. O doesn't like courts and he will more than likely want the lithium industry up and running before his end of term in September 2024.

I don't see any queues for investment in Mexican lithium mining and would imagine the Mexican gov are beginning to have doubts. A_L. O's term ends in September 2024 and I would imagine he wants a legacy attributing Mexican lithium industry to him, that could well be reliant on Ganfeng, so as prices drop the pressure must be increasing for a deal. 18 months could see a mine producing and maybe battery production if Ganfeng are willing.

The good thing is LCE at $11,000/t is still very profitable and of course that's unlikely to be reached for many years to come.

As each week oases by I see Ganfeng's position gaining strength and the legacy of failure must be playing on A_L. O's mind?

And for me the real value is the confidence government bodies are showing in our projects, that's HAS, EMH, perhaps soon to be Amapa (Japan) and ironically Mexico $600bn valuation.

We are unfortunate with the Mexican situation but that could change at any time.
