RE: Appeal Dismmised21 Jun 2020 16:02
yes, I agree with that MylastQuid, it appears the female lawyer has been given a stern warning.
from the observations 'First of all and Fourthly and lastly sections'
First of all
She tries to unearth issues already covered by the preclusion and, on top of that, have already been the of analysis by this chamber panel a judgement that has already been res judicata.
And Res judicata meaning
a matter that has been adjudicated by a competent court and therefore may not be pursued further by the same parties
Fourthly and lastly - note (*at least for now*)
Despite the rejection of the arguments raised in the present appeal and despite the fact that a large part of them involve issues already covered by the preclusion in which, even, have already been the subject of judgement of this chamber by a final judgement, I do not recognise the conduct of the aggravating, at least for now, cause to convict her in the penalties for litigation in bad baith, not yet characterised any of the cases described in article 80 of the code of civil procedure, that is to say, there was no abuse of the right to appeal. Depending on the next aggravating acts, however, this issue may be reviewed
Thanks to the handful of LTH's for the great efforts in finding this information and sharing it outside trading hours, just show's genuine people do exist - I hope those who contribute get rewarded.
