MM announcements are market sensistive and require KDNC to publish - the courts in Brazil are not releasing market sensitive news (legal rulings) the companies involved then are required to report if these are market senistive - and then Brazil is four hours behind plus any delays in publishing court rulings

So if EMH, BCN and HAS also release such news we get a RNS - we often see news 10 to 12 hours prior through other platforms that warrant a RNS.
