The issue surely is...No one can predict exactly when a market crash will occur, it could be in 6 months time it could be sooner, or it could be longer?. It could be in 2022! or 2023?

So for now it's all pure speculation!

Whatever happens, Gold will always be seen as a store of value in my opinion, and more to the point GGP will be a store of value in the longer term.

Come back in 2 years and I bet the SP as rom today will have more than doubled at the very least if not more.

Very well put RobertCollier, also lets not forget that the 'Free Float' is pretty tight so when good news does come around I can see a moderate increase in the SP unless large holders are willing to sell into the rise, all IMHO.

I think given the small free float, volatilty will gradually reduce over time as we begin to see GST further develop it's revenue streams and a return to positive cash flow.
