The Elephant in the room now is not what happens re Independance etc, everything now ultimately rests upon on what HUR BOD's can actually manageto salvage out of the current position that HUR now finds itself in.

I read the article, my initial thoughts were an immediate SNP reaction to take over etc/independance required in order to thwart Boris.

Bottom line, Scotland's economy still heavily depends on future oil revenues and without independance that potential dream is now dashed!

Question is does Shetland come under that? probably not as Shetland also want independance from the Wee Krankie!

This RNS is lacking in information asfaic, it does NOT state the revised voting rights and simply states a percentage below 10%. Most TR1's if you care to research always state the revised no of actual holdings attributable to voting rights. In the case of this RNS I am somewhat perplexed and have therefore asked the FCA to confirm what the real position is.

But will I get an answer ? (So far No!, had enough time in my book)

We as shareholders, need to keep on top of transparency, and in this case I may be right or wrong, but when a TR1 is issued it should be wholly transparent as to what the revised actual shareholding is.

This is all part of the process of calculating how many shares are owned and by whom, and is all part of the process in determining the 'Free Float', as per my early postings as is crucial IMHO of the volatilty of the GST share etc.

Anyone whom can add to this analysis, please post your thoughts, as I may well be barking up the wrong tree :O)

I accept it's just for info etc, but am always deeply suspicious of large institutional investers putting out carefully timed opinions , ie, POG has dropped that we know, but they are still holding their GGP shares, so I just don't trust them. :O)

Maybe Blackrock are after your GGP shares:O)
