PMO paid $23M in the hope of a big strike. The outcome was not what they wanted, and they have walked away.

We have made a large Condensate discovery whatever that means, and have further samples from the HRZ. We have our land back, more promising info (I hope) and it has cost us jack.

I wait with bated breath to see how and why 88E benefits from the XCD takeover. It better be good oh bearded one!

As I said a few days ago Reaper, my respect for the bearded one has plummeted since before the last Globe Presentation. I was shocked by his attitude which did not become an MD.

He does not appear to have any respect or consideration for shareholders, and prefers to feed us scraps of info to maintain our interest.

We should have some news from Charlie 1 this week.

I am still not happy with the XCD takeover, when DW has millions of shares in both entities. Surely that is tantamount to a conflict of interest, and furthermore 88E shareholders have NO vote.

I will wait for news on ALL fronts to unfold before making my next move.

I understand and respect your positivity Blingy, however Charlie 1 has been a big disappointment at best.

I truly want to know why we have annexed XCD. What is in it for 88E? Is it prudent at the moment, to take on FOUR more Directors and Managers. We will not need TWO MD's and TWO Company Secretaries.

There should be a lot of news around the Takeover and Charlie 1 results, although I wouldn't hold your breath!

Hi Phrontist, after two years of personal angst I did not need additional grief as a shareholder in 88 Energy. I displayed my displeasure with Wall and he went off the deep end. I was not rude, just frustrated at the inefficiency of the Admin Team. He vowed never to communicate with me again, and my respect for that man nosedived from that moment.

In the last two years, I have suffered a perforated bowel at the hands of the NHS, and watched my sister die of breast cancer at the age of 59.

I NEVER have been in love with this share. I truly believed that the science and the so called professionals were going to make me a substantial amount of cash. As I said a few days ago, I will wait until the Charlie 1 samples have been evaluated before making any concrete decisions. I believe that the XCD takeover is NOT good for 88E shareholders. Why pay a Premium during an Oil Slump and COVID?

Like a lot of investors, my patience is running thin, however I will reserve judgement for the time being.

I am NO DW supporter - he showed his true colours a few months back when I got a bit testy over my non-invite to the last Presentation. He has blanked me ever since.

IMHO, I have to agree that this deal looks shady at best and represents shocking value for 88E shareholders. I am waiting for the outcome of the Charlie 1 samples, before I make my next move.

We ALL need a bit of luck here, and that is what i am waiting for.
