The SOA are committed to repaying Oil Tax Credits, and the current Judgement is in their favour to issue Bonds. This Judgement was appealed and heard in September 2019. We are STILL waiting for the relevant Judges to make a ruling.

* When PMO were chosen as Partner, there were multiple other suitors - DW will go back to the market for another FO
* We have our land back @ NO COST
* Further samples and data to be evaluated inc HRZ
* Positive ANN

I remain unconvinced by the XCD takeover, but I will wait to see how it plays out.

IMHO, an £85M foreign investment means that there is a strong possibility of a takeover.
