I have spoken to Elwood Brehmer at the Alaska Journal of Commerce, who has said that the Appeal Judgement is probably a couple on moths away. He has told me that when a ruling is issued they will certainly have a story up quickly.

We now have a very credible partner, who has seen fit to pay $23M to drill Charlie 1. After considerable due diligence, and research, they decided that our Conventional resource was worth the money.

What is your problem guzzler, you have no financial interest here yet you continue to deride it.

My estimate of company worth has merit given the above. You are NOT the prodigal son, nor do you have all the answers. An SP of 33p is possible given the Resource involved. You throw 3.3p out there without any methodology.

Perhaps it is time to for you to give way on this BB, and find another share to champion the underdog.

Well said V, guzzler is now firmly in the Miloh/Monty888 camp - we know the risks, and we do not need the services of another "gloom and doom" merchant. He has NOTHING good to say about the company, and is NOT invested, so one has to question his motivation.

The current figures being bandied about by PMO is 1B barrels in the TOROK. We have a 30% WI ergo our share is worth $300M @ $1 per barrel.

300M/6800M shares in issue = 4.4c or 3.52p

DW's estimate is 1.4B @ 30% = $480M/5800M shares =7.05c or 5.64p

Is the oil there? PMO think so!
