Chris Heminway, Exec-Chair at Time To ACT, explains why now is the right time for the Group to IPO. Watch the video here.
Recruitment figures saying recruitment level has increased. Hopefully this thing will wake up from its coma..
Any idea why this has suddenly died?
Just seen a message posted elsewhere that the volume in the last 10 mins of trading was strong on the trade list and also shown on this list https://www.aquis.eu/aquis-stock-exchange/member?securityidaqse=STAF.GB
Looking like it’s about to be released from its shackles! GLA
Anyone know when we get the full year 2020 financials?
Seperately, let’s see if the budget benefits us later today. GL
Anyone else subscribe to SCSW..... he he he!
Enormous upside potential here. And once it rises, it rises fast! Next update is huge in terms of clarifying any unknowns like fund raising etc. Just hold and come back in 6 months for very good returns.
I asked if they had an approx date for the above but they said they don’t post dates in advance. This must be a new thing since they have with recent results. I hope they do post them without warning, to catch a few out who sold. GL
Gone very flat, complete lack of interest. Level 2 order book as flat as it’s been in 2 weeks! Everyone is stalling on whether there will or won’t be a fund raise/share dilution. Please be crystal clear and tell us ffs!
Following the trading statement, forecast EPS for the year to Dec '21 have been raised to 3.60p from -1.19p which is great news. Puts STAF on a forward P/E of around 15; would welcome peoples thoughts on the valuation given STAF's balance sheet.
It would appear 48p was the floor having looking at level 2 right now. Vaccine roll out with the government wanting everyone in work will be a winner for recruitment. We hit 72p with no news and since had excellent news. Time for lift off! DYOR before buying please. GL. Jackanory.
Disappointed that they won’t respond to an email asking to elaborate on the anxieties surrounding the wording of a possible fund raise. Will they/won’t they? I also keep seeing investors banging on about “why aren’t directors buying”. Am I right in saying they are ineligible at the minute with it being a closed period?
I have an absolute fortune invested in this company and have done for months now. I think yesterday’s update was incredibly positive and lifted a lot of unknowns which we implement to Staffline due to very poor recent years. However, they have inadvertently walloped the share price with the one part of the RNS that is open to interpretation. Is there or isn’t there gonna be a fund raise? That part has scared people off. You can’t afford to leave unknowns like that around with this specific stock, where everyone has their guard up anyway! Everything else was brilliant. That minor detail needs clarifying. If they say they won’t be looking at a dilution - this will (imo) be around 80p. Baring in mind it was 72p with doubts a month back.
I was certain a big sell order was dragging this down but reading forums, everyone is miffed about the above. Please clarify directors. Thank you.
It is clear as day that the sp is being held back by whoever was selling at the back end of last week, presumably L&G. Once the seller clears, you would expect a rise.
My new account. Bought in here today after watching it for weeks. Now the virus is lowering again, I think this thing will multibag easy. Just one mans opinion and as always please do your own research before buying. GL
