I would have though 3p plus. I think it depends on the quality of the farminee and the terms of the deal. If the likes of Shell or Total came on board then it would be a transformation in terms of the SP. Another entity like the last two would not be as progressive.

You talk the greatest pile of rubbish Manyana. The gas content of the field is Small. Approx 20% of Corrib and about 10% of Kinsale. So hardly worth going for on its own. This latest RNS is just a bit of greenwashing on the part of the company. It is extremely disingenuous on your part to dismiss the fact that 90% of the value of what may be recoverable is secondary in nature. In fact if that is all that will be recovered ( the gas) then it is not an investible propisition as it is marginal.

Agree with u there. Would be good if PVR get thir finances sorted now and they could provide a positive update on farmout process. Hope to God we can finally get this drilled in 2020.

It is encouraging that Tim Torrington has put a decent slug of his own money behind this and has also taken on board the options. Gives the company a fair bit of working capital for a long enough time to get things finally going un the right direction.

Bear in mind that the new CEO has only been in the job for a month as of today. A short enough timescale to consummate a deal which has so far been about 8 years without a successful outcome. Not expecting much to hsppen here in the near term if ever.
