we are paying 35million for Sprift...see table....7000 branches is Akers view of how many we will have by end 2021....so choose a PE multiple you think is appropriate....at 6 it is worth 35million.....SaaS companies are usually PE multiples in their 20s upwards ....

Historic revenue is irrelevant. Ime will buy sprift and the existing business will be an mbo. So ongoing it is a clean property data play with no legacy cost base. Recent deals with kerfuffle and onthemarket will increase market penetration To justify the valuation of 35m we need 900 recurring users. We have 3000 before any positive impact of new partnerships. The uk housing market is desperate to reduce transaction times, reduce the incidence of failed transactions and to reduce the cost of moving house. Add to this the potential of b2c market for rentals and the future is so bright we need to wear shades

why are the govt waiting to choose the sovereign test? Obvious to me that they are waiting on Avacta...If it were any other choice it would have been done by now. The only way it wont be Avacta is if Avacta fail yet again...I hold both ODX and Avacta before I get accused of deramping

the great thing about ODX is that we will make it whatever is chosen...so revenue assured

I too have held for over a year but I think Budd has yet again ****ed up with the PR over India....no material revenue will come from India...if people realise that before the Beckman revenue (which I am confident about) then yet again our share price will suffer
