Accustem was split off with the breast cancer treatment so that it was isolated from any possible bid for tils. Mgt feared that any successful bid for tils would get the breast cancer treatment on the cheap, along with all the other tils potential nuggets

So splitting was thought to maximize total value. It also makes it very easy now to sell accu cleanly without giving away the tils assets (Alzheimer’s, covid, crohn …).
