Roker. My view is that we will run out of money in 12 to 18 months. The last set of iis didn’t do great in the last placing. So iis will be difficult to attract in any new placing and will drive a hard bargain. So imho the bod have to sell before any need for placing becomes imminent

So sooner rather than later logic tells me we will be sold

On Friday Nasdaq version of tils went up over 14% plus some after hours increase. Was that a leak? Stocktwits rumour is that we have some covid success but that’s from Twitter so who knows?

We have all held this long. No reason to sell now really.

The bod will need cash on just over 12 months. They will find a raise difficult given how the iis didn’t do well last time. The bod have put up a for sale sign on tils. If I were them i would sell sooner rather than later. As that potential cash raise gets closer their negotiating position gets weaker

So imho we will be sold within 6 to 9 months

Happyish. He could have taken cash bonus to the full value of the shares. He took the on the day share value as you say which was in the 70s. So he took approx 40% of what he could have taken and he took it in shares

Shows commitment imho. All the whining on here about how he took the **** is daft. He had a long standing agreement and took it in the way that benefits investors the most

I really don’t understand how pi’s think whining about accustem or bonuses is going to help the tils share price. These whiners have absolutely dented the price by putting off any new investors. Let’s hope it’s temporary!!

Some clarification from tiziana after having a chat with them. The reason we see the OTC listing.. Its for ADR holders only who are able to trade their holdings. Its not something tiziana or accustem have listed themselves and its something that they're able to do and trade as a pink sheet stock until there's a formal listing of accustem. And yes it should still be listing on Nasdaq once application for listing is approved.

Likely to be buyers tomorrow. 3rd day of the falling knife if you follow that adage

Not surprised there is no stock. 3 months ago we were trading above 35p looking for an rto. Raise at 25p. Big name holders still here. Akers confirms he is still aligned to the board

What’s changed? An rto with sprift has fallen thru. Most thought the 30million valuation of sprift was a bit rich anyway

So the Akers team will be looking for another rto. I imagine his pride is damaged with this episode and I personally expect a much more appealing rto next time
