Everything that has happened in the past with AFC, all the mou’s (well not all of them) all the false dawns and misinformation is exactly that THE PAST.

We have all had a chance to listen to and see the new CEO and CFO and draw our own conclusions.

My take is that, like him or not, and for the record I didn’t, Bond laid the foundations for what is now a complete new start for AFC.

I know this isn’t totally accurate or factual but I feel that by looking at it this way it removes all previous pain, disappointment, frustration and indeed anger.

The new guys leading the way seem enthusiastic and have dropped big hints re ABB and now Tamgo and they have already stated clearly that they are focusing on Speedy and Hyamtec so with a bit of luck in the whole general market and global situation this for me at least is a new start for AFC.

I know as much as anyone what the future will be but have set a mental target in my head of a substantial sp rise later this year with 2026 being the year we are all celebrating years of patience and sacrifice.

So refreshing to come on this board and see so much positivity.

I agree about Bond.

I got booted out of the Telegram clique along with a few others for suggesting their almighty leader was obsessed by Bond ( or words to that effect)

“Our opportunity is limited only by our ambition” that was John Wilson’s parting words and based on his previous endeavours he is a very ambitious and successful guy.

If I was to try and read anything from between the lines of the presentation I am being drawn to the idea that Hyamtec is going to bring in a very big partner which will in turn boost the financial situation substantially and in turn create a re rate in the share price.

We will of course all take different things from the presentation but I’d like to think my approach was from an open minded, listen to what they say angle.

I found Carl very enthusiastic and if the financial guy is optimistic then I think we should be too.

The big question is of course now when and what will the timescale be but I wouldn’t be surprised if a Hyamtec parter emerges sooner rather than later going by John’s comments.

This is of course just my reaction to what has been said and I’m sure others will have heard something completely different but one thing we all have to agree on is that nothing will happen until it happens.

I was listening while driving, but generally feel they were being honest. Which is refreshing after years of Bond’s misinformation or should I say downright lies.

Still, I feel the future is very bright with AFC/Hyamtec and of course us shareholders but can’t see us breaking the £1.00 barrier until the markets improve and we get the business up and running properly.

I’m not expecting anything significant in the sp until later this year at best and in reality probably 2026.

Just my thoughts

You could be completely 100% right in what you say but you’re going to look very stupid if the picture is rosy.

We all have our own thoughts on how this will go but surely now the sensible thing to do is wait and see what they have to say.

This is fantastic news and in my opinion what we’ve been waiting for.

Surely now that all the pieces are in place it’s time to start getting the orders in.

I am now a lot more optimistic about what’s in store on Thursday.

Thanks for sharing and if JW can bring some of his past good fortune to AFC and the market does indeed recover then it certainly is all to play for.

You may well be right but we only have a couple of days to wait.

I’m going down the path of expecting the worst and hoping for the best.

Hopefully things will be a lot clearer by late Thursday morning
