I stood by my comments and as it turns out, I was right. Te-10 did turn out to be non commercial despite the fact that everybody wanted it to be otherwise. I saw the red flags a long, long time ago.

I think that when the improved GSA lands in our laps, it will give us something more concrete to focus our attentions on. Remember too, that Moroccan gas is worth more than gas in most other places on this planet. It ain't cheap and it won't be sold cheaply and the host country is gagging for it.....lots of it.

This could well turn out just fine indeedy. The irony is that people will be smiling and pleasantly surprised when all of this is over. Shaking hands with each other, buying drinks for one another, being buddies for life etc. Just know this: when the going has got tough here these last few days, the tough have remained tough and the weak have shown their true colours. You all know which camp you have fallen in. I forgive Trellis because he is a loveable drunk who likes a rant and a rave, but even he will be all smiles at the LE Party and the subsequent parties at Trellis Towers.

You are one of the many PI's who are now coming on this bb waving your arms around in rage like some crazed numpty wanting to break a few jaws and disrupt family playtimes. Unlike you, I made my predictions prior to this mess unfolding and had to take the stick and abuse that followed. Hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it? Foresight is a lot more powerful though, take it from me.
At this stage in time the weak thing to do is rant and rave about what could have been, The strong, brave thing to do is to accept the news like a man as I have and sit back and trust JP to do at least one thing right and that is to deliver us a decent enough LE. I have faith that he will play his part just fine and after all, I have been pretty much spot on with my other predictions, so maybe you should try and heed my advice. Believe me, if I didn't think he was capable or up to the job, I would jolly well say so. This is now where he comes into his own and you must trust my instinct. I believe a lot of you will be pleasantly surprised by the end result. The day-to-day share price has very little bearing on what the sale price will be ok? Good!

And it's also rich that some posters are describing this threat of jaw breaking as "illegal" when I had to suffer threats of physical violence from the likes of Wanger, who I lost count how many times he was going to knock me out. I don't see him posting very much on this bb as of late. Maybe he like many has realised what I was predicting did as it turns out, hold some truth. Please see Shedulike's comment from earlier today. At least he has had the balls to forgive and so too JONNYFUNK. They are gentlemen and I commend them.

Fairdealer - I'm waiting for the LE over there and when it lands, I very much hope to be in a position to improve my quality of life. Judge me when it concludes over there and not now. I have been right about my predictions and people like you should lean on me as the 'voice of reason'.

It is you that keeps on mentioning that other stock in most of your replies to me you numpty.

I am on here to talk about CLNR so let's discuss what we think could happen here in the short term?

Oh and on the record, you would have already seen that I on more than one occasion have commented that anybody who is able and willing to stick this one out for 2-3 years will probably see a decent enough return on their investment. There are no doubt a good number of investors who are more than happy to invest for this time period and are more than happy to wait for a decent return. I commend them. However, I have been one of those that was locked in here for over 3 years and I can honestly say, that it was a tough gig. I believe that money is better spent elsewhere in the interim for the reasons that I mentioned in my previous post, which is that I believe there will need to be a series of raises here in the short term, which could dent the share price. A1M1 and Amtech also agree, but you keep on trash talking us when all we are attempting to do is try and help people not get blinded by the hype that you and Scooby are chuntering.

Shaungreen, bless him, has in the most part vanished as he now realises that he called it wrong and all that abuse he bestowed on me was wasted energy. He should be down the charity shop donating his £20 by now anyway. His £2.50 mantra has ceased for now, but I'm sure we haven't heard the last of him.

what do you mean? They are now one by one apologising to me over on the SOU board for calling it right. The slagging-off has suddenly stopped because they all realise that I have been pretty much spot on with my predictions over there, whilst all along being invested too. It takes a brave man to stick his head on the line and take the level of abuse I have done just because I believe in a certain outcome. I will tell it how I see it and I have made my sentiments quite clear on this bb about what I think may happen here at Cluff.

I believe they will need to raise money sooner rather than later and at a price below 2p, causing the share price to drop to around 1.65p. I realise that this is very tough news for somebody like you to take on board, but you're going to have to come to terms with it dear chap. You and Scooby are standing neck high in an Egyptian river. Denial.

You should listen very attentively to the likes of A1M1 and Amtech who are doing a sterling job here helping people not make the same mistakes that you have done. You're allowing yourself to be schooled by newbies who are jumping on board for a quick buck, which makes you a rookie.

People should now realise and understand that the vast majority of my predictions do come true n matter how hard they fight me and tell me that I am wrong. Just try and deal with it better, even' and man-up.

Well I have my view and you have yours. We'll see how this one pans-out and then we can discuss who was right and who was wrong in a separate conversation. I think there are a lot of people on this bb who are selling us short, which as I said yesterday surprises me given that a lot of you have your houses and pensions invested in this! Just because we have had another duster doesn't automatically mean that we're worth 20p per share. The savvy ones amongst us are topping-up now before it's too late. I'm trying to help people here detach themselves emotionally from what on the face of it is a decent looking business transaction. GLA.

I absolutely believe we are worth at least £1 per share. You have made the classic mistake in getting the day-to-day share price mixed-up with the eventual sale price. It's a rookie error that nobody should be making IMO. You heard what JP and BM said the AGM. The model hasn't changed all that much. They actually know more about the block than they did before and hence why they have identified a plethora of new drill targets around the Te-5 Horst. Te-10, like Te-9 was an exploration well and exploration well's as oppose to appraisal wells usually result in a lack of success i.e. they are rather "hit and miss". That is why I never held much hope for either of them. I do however, believe that whoever pokes around in the Palaeozoic will find the real prize, which is something I have always maintained.

I will also remind people of what JP once told us: "If I have done my job properly, PI's will be the last to know of the LE, right?" Or something along those lines.....

In other words, expect the unexpected and hence why I recommend people satisfy themselves with the size of their holding so that there are no regrets e.g. "oh I wish I had put more money into this...blah, blah, blah..." Simonthezealot has chucked his hat into the ring again today like he said he would and fair play to him. He won't stop there either. More to come.

I think JP said he wants this wrapped up ideally before the FID, so at some point this year! It could happen a lot, lot sooner of course depending on who comes forward and what offers are made. It's best to satisfy yourself with whatever holding you desire at this stage and then just sit back in the pocket and wait for JP to work his magic. That's what he is good at doing and I trust him to deliver us a decent LE. I have to say, on the face of it, I don't want contingency payments either and would much rather a one-off, clean sale so I can take the money and move on with my life above a chip shop. If there was just the one contingency payment based on the outcome of Te-11, then I could probably stomach that as it would give all of us an opportunity to be part of a Palaeozoic discovery. I don't want to have to continue waiting and hoping year on year for my money back like most people have already stated. I hope that JP takes note of these comments. I am concerned that the contingency payments route in part gives him an excuse to low ball us, which I don't want to see. I am expecting a minimum of £1 per share and I won't be all that impressed if he doesn't manage to get this deal for us.
