Des' and I go back a long way. We were both caught-up in the MYSQ debacle, which saw a lot of good people lose a lot of money. In all fairness, Des' called it right and I didn't and ended up losing £6k whilst others lost over £250k. No names mentioned. Since then, my predictions have been pretty much spot-on, so it seems I have learnt something along the way.
Levelup,
How can you claim that the "price will likely rocket" should they come up with the funds? Bizarre statement. With more shares being dumped onto the market and at a price that is currently unknown, you just can't make those claims. It's akin to me telling you that tonight I'm eating steak when everybody knows it will be spam via an emergency coronavirus supermarket shopping spree.
Oilpimp,
I don't think some of the mug punters on here realise they have been "spanked" though. That's what I find so shocking. They are too busy slating me and anybody else who has a differing view to them. If only they had listened to me all those weeks ago, they wouldn't be stuck between a rock and hard place. Such a shame. Most of them are invested in the other dogs such as ECHO, CORO, RGM etc. You couldn't make it up if you tried. I like you, Oilpimp. You speak my language.
Levelup ? Maybe you'd like to tell us all what your average share price is? I don't think you are in a position to boast about how good you are when you are looking at a share price heading towards the dreaded 1p mark and possibly lower.
Dog With Fleas is right. I have an uncanny ability to call it right here at SOU. There still remains a hardcore bunch of you who are hellbent on ****ging me off when you know that things aren't going great here. Every time I check the news something else has happened that isn't all that favourable. This company is in the process of wrapping up, but they will have you believe they are ready for action. Don't believe it, folks. Target price for me still remains at 0.0p and that's only if we all survive the coronavirus. Luckily for me though, I don't drink fizzy drinks so I think I'll survive it.
If Marco is in Milan then he might catch the coronavirus. He could then pass it on to Parsons et al and then Sevenoaks will be in lock-down. Severance payments could then be avoided!
Trellis? Are you organising an alternative LE party at your place?
Trellis,
You may want to contact Tom and find out what his take on all of this is. His email address is there for those who want to contact him. Regardless of what his motive may or may not be, he just wants to make sure that justice is served and that good, honest PI's aren't being screwed over. SOU will be another scratch in his pad of AIM companies that have failed to deliver on their promise.
I still maintain a target price of 0.0p for this share. I hope and trust Tom will be keeping a very close eye on how things pan-out here and will continue writing his articles about Parsons et al.
Trellis,
Much that we Chuckle Brothers admire you, I hope that your efforts aren't wasted. You are and always will be our ' Chief Alcohol Officer' and there is no doubt, your expertise in wine drinking is second to none. I thought you had already found a 'Wannabe 6'? Good luck with finding one and make sure she doesn't have the coronavirus or else there'll be no more wine drinking to do. I'm still unsure as to why Tom Winnifirth has instructed PI's to go via him and provided his email address, rather than continue to go via your good self? Maybe you should get in touch with Tom and between you, work out who should go after what and the pair of you perhaps combine your efforts. I'd lean on Tom if I was in your position because he can point you in the right direction and open some doors for you that otherwise would remain closed. Good luck.
Trellis,
I admire your tenacity, but I'm not sure you will manage to achieve what you are hoping for via the SAG. My reckoning is that the SOU BOD are in the process of wrapping things up here and will seek a delisting off AIM some time in Q2. It will be one final act to screw over the PI's who have in some cases been very rude and damming towards them. That's maybe where SOUNewCo will come into play, which will be 'Limited' status. The writing was on the wall a very long time ago here and hence why I recommend people proceed with the greatest caution. And of course, the biggest threat to the future here as well as elsewhere is the coronavirus. Those who keep mocking me about my warnings that the virus can potentially pose to stocks and stock markets in general, ought to take a long, hard look at themselves. Believe me when I say that things are going to get very, very messy. I have ordered my protective face masks today and have eyed-up some protective goggles too. Be prepared, folks.
Guys,
Am I too late to the gig, or is this one going to carry on rising next week? What has next week got in store please? Any news due? Predictions on where the share price could be please? I reckon it could hit £2 from what you people are saying?
Jez
I am good. I always spread a bit of cheer and laughter on this bb and many have profited from my good advice. They choose not to bother posting on here, but there were quite a few who I bet secretly thank me for tipping EUA. I have brought light where darkness would otherwise lurk.
Oh stop your whining, sreadman. The irony is that if you had heeded my advice and listened to my warnings then you wouldn't find yourself in the mess that you are today. Hell, I even gave you guys a tip in EUA before the share price rocketed, as a way of potentially recouping your losses. It seems that some of you forget that I am here to help and you can either choose to listen to what I have to say or not. Never dismiss all sides of the debate here, people, because this is a share whereby individuals can become very jaded with their decision making and ultimately end-up caught between a rock and a hard place. Even the day traders have been spooked. Target price still remains at 0.0p for me.
Oh come on, that's not true, Ps200306. I am loved, cherished and admired by many on this bb. Many of my admirers don't bother posting on here, but they know I have a convenient habit of calling it right when it comes to SOU. If you had listened to my advice, you'd probably be a richer and wiser man by now, but unfortunately you chose not to. Never mind, win some....lose some. I remain the 'Voice of Reason' on this bb and a few others that I post on from time to time. I say it how I see it and I see it how I say it. I am the second Sheriff of the AIM with Tom Winnifrith as my hero. He did go to the same school as me, so maybe we both learnt something valuable during our time at Warwick School. That was to never ben taken as a mug punter. Oh and the coronavirus will crash the markets. You numpties just haven't figured it out yet.
Dog With Fleas - thank you for your continued support and understanding. At least somebody on here appreciates my obvious wit and charm as well as my incredible ability to predict what happens here at SOU. I bet you lot are secretly impressed with my soothsaying skills but can't bring yourselves to commend me in any way whatsoever. Where's the justice in that?!
I hope that Tom Winnifrith continues to call out SOU and the pressure is kept firmly on them in terms of delivering answers to PI's. After all, we are talking about a company who used to win Investor Awards for their PI centric ethos. Where did it all go wrong? The offer of bottled farts still stands. Nuff said.
Good to see that my hero, Tom Winnifrith, has stuck his oar in at this circus show. I also see that the usual numpties are still taking very cheap pops at me because they know I was right and they were wrong. How it must pain them all. PNE, Destroyer et al. What a miserable bunch of you know what's!
I suspect a load more share will be dumped onto the market soon by way of another equity raise in order to counteract the forever growing SAG who currently sit at circa 10% of the total number of shareholders. An EGM can be called, sure and why not. If the BOD are failing to answer your questions then force their hand and find out what is really going on behind closed door. I bet Parsons just wants his money and then he'll wash his hands of anything SOU on May 12th.
If any of you mug punters still think there is a happy ending here then think again. Whilst there are enough of you still chucking your dinner money at this dog of a share, the trough is being kept "toppy" for those who will gladly feed from it. It seems some of you will never learn. I have been warning you all for weeks and weeks of impending doom and I haven't even mentioned the coronavirus, which just in case some of you don't know what it is, I'll give you a clue.....it has nothing to do with fizzy bottled drinks.
Jizzy
Much that I admire the work that Trellis is doing on behalf of the SAG, I'm afraid to say his efforts will come to nothing. Nothing you guys can do will magic back your money and even if it isn't about money and wanting to see Parsons et al punished, then I also can't see that happening.
As soon as you attempt to reach 10% then the company are likely to flood the market again with loads of shares by way of dilution, so you'll be forever playing catch up with the number of shares in issue. It's like a game of 'cat and mouse' with a smattering of 'snakes and ladders' for good measure. No pun intended.
I'm not sure what the collective noun is for a group of mug punters, but I'm open to suggestions? Don't allow yourselves to be fooled by the possibility of any decent deal taking place here any time soon, if at all. Nobody really wants to know and there are quite a few other oil and gas exploration companies in Morocco that are having a success and finding some gas e.g. SDX. SOU has become a small time gas bottle seller, which is now in direct competition with Chuckle Energy plc. I'd like to see Parsons and C4E attempt to buy the debt that Chuckle Energy plc is nursing. Maybe he'd like to buy us out? At least he'd get to smell some gas for once in a blue moon (ECHO's duster).
Jizzy (still awaiting apologies from PNE, PS200306 and Lyndon)
I'm not taking it out on the humble PI. It's karma for the ones running these companies that brings me some joy. Don't get the two confused. I have had to come back out of retirement and work again due to there being no LE. I am the one suffering and not those who run these circus shows who seem to get richer and richer. And JoeCreed is right: I am a decent, well mannered bloke and you'd see that if you ever met me. I just don't condone all this nit picking aimed at me and my brother, when all we are doing is stating our opinion.
Hahahahahahahaha well karma has prevailed yet again it seems. All at the expense of the humble PI though. Hey, at least these companies are showing some consistency with all of them having bad news after bad news. Blame it on the various BOD's I suppose. It has to be more than just bad luck.
