I am surprised you haven't heard of us anyway. We are the infamous Chuckle Brothers. That's the nickname we go by on various other bb's. I guess our paths haven't crossed before, so fair enough. However, don't mock something that you may not believe because that is myopic.

And just in case you're interested, then I have a slightly different view about EUA than my brother. My brother also has a completely different risk / reward strategy to me for a number of reasons. So despite being twin brothers, we do have a differing view about how things will pan-out in the future here and he may bail on Monday whilst I am more than happy to sit on my investment. Everybody will have a different strategy based on what they believe!

I can understand why some people may get offended by those that come on here and announce they have sold out, only to resurrect themselves moments later and to re-enter the share. Posters such as Strike who no sooner had they announced their Shakespearean style departure at 4.05p, seconds later they were back in at 3.82p. You couldn't make it up if you tried and it was bordering on the amusing when he announced what he did. That game if you can call it a game is not for me. True, I have derisked but I haven't sold out and am happy for the time being to see how this one pans-out. If I see my share price average being threatened in any way then sure, I'll jump ship, but my average is luckily low enough to hopefully avoid a panic sale.

Sandman - thank you for your polite, eloquent replies. Many thanks too to Trader for his replies. Very helpful, informative and useful. I hope others have benefitted from this discussion because I know I have. I haven't benefitted from the uncalled for abuse though, so kindly ask people to refrain from getting toxic with one another. There is really no point.

GMF - I don't disagree with you. Just can't understand posters such as Andrea01 who gets abusive with other posters at the mention of derisking one's investment. Everybody will do what they see fit at the end of the day. Yes, I get that. Everybody will have a different risk / reward position and I am not trying to teach anybody to suck eggs. I was just wanting to find out what people's understanding is of what an asset sale actually means and how likely a joint venture scenario is. That's it. Unfortunately, some posters have become abusive and toxic and that's their problem. I can't help them and nor do I wish to quite frankly.

Sandman - thanks for your scenarios. That's all I was asking for today so I thank you for your answers. Why some posters have become abusive today baffles me. Clearly there lurks a hardcore of toxic traders on this bb who hate to see their precious boat being rocked in any way whatsoever. Grow up, is what I say to those who fall into this category. Try being "invested" here for 5.5 years and then I might listen to you.

Rong - 1.09p to 4.06p is not a 600% rise you muppet. Even I know that and I'm terrible at maths by my own admission.
Do you realise how tough it was for me to stare at my 1.09p average for over 5 years when the share price was languishing around the 0.5p mark? Fair do's to me for having the balls to stick it out and finally after what has seemed an eternity, I have begun to enjoy some profit from my original investment.
I managed to convince my brother to get out of ZIOC and SOU and to club his money together and to get into EUA. This was a very recent decision that luckily for him he took my advice. His average is higher than mine because of that, but he has still managed to take some money off the table and that's entirely his business. I don't know what else to say to you?

I disagree. I believe that the talk of a whopping dividend pay-out HAS gone to some people's heads. That's why I have raised the topics I had today. It was an attempt to get us all talking about the likely scenarios that COULD enfold here and not to be hellbent on there only being one outcome.

I have made money from the rise in the share price, just like many others have. That's not really the point. It's about where we go from here and what may happen in the foreseeable future with regards to an asset sale or joint venture arrangement. Clearly some posters have allowed themselves to get flustered, which is a sign of their immaturity or unwillingness to address the options that are on the plate and that have in the most part been referenced in the recent RNS's.

You make some fair points. I have not said that a joint venture is a bad thing though, so please reread my messages. My main concerns are that some people who have invested here believe the only real outcome here is that we sell WK, MT or indeed both assets and that we will qualify for a dividend pay-out, when this is not entirely true. That's why I raised what I have raised today. It was to get people who are otherwise blinded by the hype, to think about alternative situations that COULD arise. Of course I would love a dividend pay-out and really hope we will all benefit from one, but don't be surprised if one doesn't come our way in the near future or at all.

Tilly - all you need to concentrate on is making sure our shiny Palladium love canon is polished and ready for action, starting from Monday.

I almost forced a few tears at some of the humour yesterday too if I'm being perfectly honest. It's great to make money and have a laugh at the same time. I'm not sure why the feeling has become toxic today when all I was attempting to do was to ask a reasonable question.

No need to be offensive. We're trying to have a grown-up chat here about asset sales and joint ventures. If it's all too much for you, then I suggest you take a deep breath and calm yourself, man. Shouting from a sedentary position won't get you anywhere and it lacks eloquence!
I have been invested here for a very long time so don't try and teach me to suck eggs. To my knowledge, we haven't had a detailed discussion about what we believe an asset sale to look like or a joint venture. That is why I have aired this topic on this bb today. I will reiterate to you again that I am not deramping the share, I am not looking to gain any position in it and I am definitely not locked out. How rude of you to suggest that! Muppet.

Look at all those subsidiary companies that you referenced in your reply to me. How many people on this bb who are invested here are aware of these subsidiary companies? I suspect no many at all.

What worries me is that people have read that sentence in the RNS that references working with the two banks, to be a definite sale of WK or MT or even both of them and put quite simply, this is NOT the case. People here are allowing themselves to get all excited and clouded by all of the hype and thinking that they are going to get this super-duper dividend pay-out, when this could in fact turn out to all be untrue. We may be looking at more of a joint venture scenario ensuing here and with this, there may NOT be a dividend pay-out. Don't assume for one minute that we are all going to get this wonderful dividend pay-out and that we are going to skip verily towards the horizon with bags and bags of money. Just take a rain check here, assess what is going on and don't allow yourselves to be jaded by all of the hype surrounding this share at the moment. That's all I'm trying to say.

However, this is the first time on this bb to my knowledge that we have even discussed a JV being one of the possible outcomes here. The RNS that you copied and pasted, I am obviously aware of. However, it does state the following:

"....................for its current mining assets (the Company's Kola and Urals assets (the "Assets")), including assessing the proposals set out in the announcement on 15 September 2019."

The last bit of the above sentence does make reference to the announcement on 15th September, which I think should have read 16th September because there was no RNS on 15th September. In the RNS dated 16th September, there is reference to joint venture and acquiring EUA's subsidiaries and joint venture opportunities. So, in short, they have covered their backs by adding this reference to the September announcement and IMHO points to us entering into some form of joint venture arrangement as oppose to an outright sale of WK or MT or both of them. I don't believe a "no deal" will take place. I think at the very least, we will see some form of joint venture. I don't think we are looking at an outright sale here of our assets, guys. That's just my personal opinion though and others are entitled to their opinion.

I'm not trying to deramp this share in case you think I am trying to inject fear. I still have a sizeable holding here and have been holding these shares for over 5.5 years, so don't think I am looking for any position because I'm not. I just want to air some of my concerns on this bb so that we can talk about it amicably.

The following paragraph is taken from the 16th September 2019 RNS:

"Over the course of the site visit, Lesego Platinum studied and evaluated infrastructure availability and logistics access, drill core samples, results of laboratory test works along with other information and raw data, which form the ground for assessment of both Monchetundra and West Kytlim projects to consider, amongst other options, potential partial acquisition of Eurasia's subsidiaries and joint venture opportunities at the sites. Despite the synergies and the motivations of Lesego Platinum, there can be no guarantee that any transaction will occur. "

Guys? Can we please discuss this? There are a few red flags that have entered my head over the past few days, which I could do with airing to see what others think. One of them is what we believe our definition of an asset sale to be? The above paragraph doesn't really make a reference to buying WK or MT. Instead, it references "partial acquisition of EUA's subsidiaries and joint venture opportunities." I am genuinely concerned that we are looking at more of a joint venture scenario ensuing here as oppose to a good, old fashioned, sell-off of one or both of our assets. I am also concerned that this may not lead to a dividend pay-out and I believe the BOD need to come clean about this. I don't want to be strung along here thinking that I'm going to get a wonderful dividend pay-out, only to be told a few months from now that it's a joint venture and the monies received will go towards further developing our assets and ultimately increasing production. OK that's great for the long term and perhaps the long term share price growth, but if it means that we don't get a dividend pay-out, then I dare say we won't be very impressed at all. It's all about managing our expectations and I am getting the feeling that they are beginning to lean on the PI excitement at the moment in order to line their pockets. There's something about all of this that makes me uneasy and untrusting. It's a feeling I have had for the last few days and the video being pulled is also odd / bizarre. Just want to hear what other people think. I'm not trying to spook anybody, but I think we just need to take a rain check and evaluate our current position because it's very easy to be clouded by the current share price hype.

All 3 reasons mentioned here are valid and not untrue. I suspect they probably thought that dumping the extra shares onto the market at this stage in time, via the warrants being exercised, wouldn't be a bad strategy because the intrinsic need for them has been great enough to have them swallowed up by some of the huge buys we have seen. I don't think they were too concerned about creating stability. They were looking to grow the share price and at the same time tidy up the books I reckon. Their strategy has so far paid off. Looking forward, the warrants being exercised has cleared the way for a potential sale, yes.

The only unknown entity at this stage is timescale. How long will it be until we find out if our asset(s) or even whole company is/ are to be sold? I'm still unsure what to think about the joint venture situation. If it turns out to be a joint venture, then I'm not sure we would get a special dividend. I suspect the money that the company receives from a joint venture would go towards further developing our assets and ultimately increasing production. I'm also unsure how they are defining "an asset sale." We think of an "asset sale" as selling WK or MT but in previous RNS's it comes across more like selling the associated companies that are linked to these assets.

Saying this, two large banks have been brought in to look at some for of asset sale on a "no win, no fee" basis, but that doesn't automatically mean a sale will take place. I suppose the guys at EUA have a good idea of what they value the assets to be worth. It's down to whether or not another company concurs with that and has pockets deep enough to acquire them in the first place. I don't think we have too long to find out where the land lies because both of these banks won't faff around too long. I've derisked my investment here enough to sit comfortably waiting for the next series of news to land. Hopefully next week we can move towards 5p and hopefully beyond. GLA.
