Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
Jones,
Taken directly from the 18th December RNS:
"The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 13 January 2020."
Hence my reference to January 13th, 2020 in my earlier post.
Good to hear from Trellis. I enjoyed a decent bottle of red on Christmas Day. Drink responsibly and stay in touch. Some of us welcome your messages on here.

No, I think it is still below half a million pounds. It's just that the consolidation has dumped more shares onto the market.
Indeep - but Parsons is still here as a Consultant. He's still getting paid for his services. Well at least up until the point when this dog delists and goes private or runs out of money altogether. I can't see the deal going ahead but that's just my opinion. Always fear the worse here at SOU and you're usually not that far wrong. Plus a load more shares are going to be dumped onto the market around January 13th from the recent placing. That's not going to do the share price many favours in the interim IMHO. I'd stay well clear from investing here. It just seems too much of a gamble.
Parsons has already feathered his next nest over at RGM. And so it continues.....there is no shame.
He has wrecked loads of people's Christmas and made it miserable for vast swathes of loyal investors. How he can just move on to his next venture so soon I just don't understand really.
Don't expect an update from Trellis this festive season. Not when copious amounts of alcohol is in such abundance in the Ellis household. I just hope he doesn't leave a nasty puddle on the floor.
Crude? I still don't believe you hold any shares here. Your 89p legacy shares are somewhat of a joke assuming you actually own any. Sell them off any buy a one penny sweet for your efforts. You are STILL waiting for a top up "after the dust has settled." How much meat do you want to drop-off the carcass before you take you last nibble? It's all sinew and cag now as it is anyway. Target price IMHO is still 0.0p and I wouldn't touch this one with a barge pole. In fact, some of you are nursing such heavy losses, it's fast approaching the point in time when you'd probably rather see this one fold then take some money from it because at least everybody will lose out and not just yourselves.
You've always got Crudenohope with his salt throwing skills and my buddy, Omar Bouzalmat with his divining rods if you need somebody to sniff out some gas. Chuckle Energy plc has gone into administration.
StMary - if I can make people chuckle at my nonsense and stupidity then fine. If it makes you feel more of a man then good for you. You have to admit though, my predictions thus far have been pretty accurate. I was the first one to call 2p weeks and weeks ago. I wonder what you people will be saying when this one folds? I'll be back to remind you when it does.
Indeep - you should feel honoured that a guy like me would evidently waste a lot of time on this bb and other bb's posting utter nonsense. I guess it is one of the perks of being retired with not a huge amount to do. Without this bb and others, I'd live a life of silence, so this helps me connect with people.
StMary - the mistake I made (although I was hoping it was the right move) was to have one last, cheeky top-up to get my average down to 14p. People were talking about the share price being at least around the value of The Horst at LE and others saw the low point being at around 15p. I thought if I could at least get my average below 15p, which was what I did via the final top-up, then I would hopefully at least get my money back and ideally make a reasonable profit. Unless you thought the LE share price offer was going to be less than 15pps then was I wrong to do so? My brother had a 9p average and more shares than me and even he lost out. We have all been shafted, mate. Nuff said for now, but don't talk about me as though I'm some sort of simpleton. There was at least some method to my madness!!
Ericnat -yeah, good point about there not being a open offer for PI's. In fact, they could have raised even more money on the back of an open offer. I guess they didn't have enough time to dither around with their begging bowl and needed the money very quickly. I would also say that this company IMHO has become even less PI-centric in its plight to keep the lights on.
Thanks Jimmybob - a very Merry Christmas to you too. Glad I at least made one person smile with my hilarious spam related jokes! By the way, we rebranded to 'Chuckle Energy' earlier this year, in much the same way that Sound Oil & Gas changed its name to 'Sound Energy'.
StMary - just you go and walk that pooch of yours. Just you go away and try and figure out how the share price is going to 30-bag in order to get your money back, assuming that your average is around 60p? People should have listened more attentively to the things I had to say these past 6 months. It could have saved them a lot of bother. I should have listened to myself too, so I also made some glancing errors, but am not ashamed to admit that I thought I stuck a half decent chance of at least getting my money back with a circa 14p average. As it turned out, I was mistaken.
Jimmybob - I'll leave you all be and let you debate how you're going to ever see your money back again. Sometimes in life you have to be man enough to admit defeat and move on with life. There is life after SOU believe it or not.
Much that I like Malcy, I wouldn't make any investment decisions based on his advice about SOU. There's only so many times you can back a horse before it collapses with exhaustion. It's clear to me that the "deal" probably won't go through based on the recent raise alone. Malcy, I guess, is just covering his back before the fateful RNS lands. So what will be their 'Plan B?' I wouldn't like to call it.....
StMary - the point is, you are rude to me. Look at your last post if you need an example. I have been 100% explicit and honest about the fact that at present, I don't hold any SOU shares. I have even told you what my share price average was and that I decided to sell at a loss. It should at the very least, make you feel better knowing that I lost money here should you be after some sort of pay back. How many other PI's have come onto this bb and admitted this? However, luckily for me, I managed to recoup my losses over at EUA, which took a lot of balls.
May I politely remind you, that just because somebody doesn't hold a SOU share, doesn't make them exempt from coming onto this bb and expressing their opinion - especially in my case when I had been invested here since 2014. I am also by now, a well-known ex SOU PI and I dare say you'd be a bit star struck if you ever met me! Haha!
Eric - I think the guy "in the know" was a lender who was contacted by the Broker here late on into the evening a couple of evening's ago about the raise and about his feelings about TW's actions. His pseudonym began with a letter 'T'. I forget his full name now...
