The drop from 0.05p to 0.00p won't take long IMO.
Tableleg - don't be a one-legged table! There's a race on now to see who is the last disciple of SOU. Could it be you, or could it be Ps200306 who has a strategy to average down until the share price reaches 0.0p. Even Crudenohope has gone into hiding and I suspect couldn't be bothered to go ahead with his final top-up. This share reminds me so much of MYSQ before the proverbial hit the fan.
I'd get on the blower to Scooby Doo and his buddies. Somebody needs to see who lurks behind the mask.
Can you now see what I mean, Dickbat?
Don't say you weren't warned either.
They have until May this year to sort out a RT or its lights out.
Nuff said.
Tableleg - if you fancy like fattening-up, then pop by the Chuckle Chippy and we'll have you rotund in no time.
I didn't think there'd be a full length conversation about Sarah, but it seems we have nothing better to chat about at the moment. Back to fritter frying for me...
Trellis? I am most disappointed by your silence, especially seeing as though you are my trusted Chief Alcohol Advisor. We never get any personal messages from you anymore and were rather hoping that we would get a chance to meet you before you head-off to sunnier climes. I wanted to compare Malbec's even if I don't have any cricket related anecdotes. You still thinking of holding a party for SOU investors, past and present?

Audible?
I'm not sure why you are plugging Emmerson on this bb? I'm not sure why you rate it as a 'buy'? The share price there is very flat and there appears to be a load of sales as of late. Tell us why you rate it and then I might go and do some more research? I also have a couple of tips, but will share them in due course. The last tip I gave was EUA and people here all know what happened over there as of late. The rise from 0.5p to over 4p in a short time. I certainly benefitted from it anyway. I have a rogue £5k to spend, so am looking for a decent share to jump into. Thanks...

Dickwhat - hey, at least I didn't lose the sort of money that you did or a wife. That's when you know that gambling your money on an AIM share is probably taking things too far. Lessons have been learnt, or have they? Try picking some shares that you stand a chance of making some decent gains from. I have a few in mind, but won't share them with anybody on here.
No, my feet are firmly on the ground, AudibleEnergy.
Your post sums up what many feel / fear. If there is no "deal" done by Friday 14th February then I don't se there being much of a future for SOU. Sarah Dees doesn't appear to be deleting any messages on here anymore either and I am wondering if she bailed out of SOU at Christmas. It wouldn't surprise me - spending all day having to police the messages that are being posted about Parsons et al. Maybe she has had enough of it all.
WatchLearn - utter rookie. Maybe you should ask SOU for a job. They'd probably love you to be their Finance guy. You have managed to magic millions out of thin air. SOU are running out of money fast OK? Anybody can see that, unless you think that circa 5 million quid is a lot of money for a company supposedly embarking on further exploration this year and next? MF just needs to admit that his investment here wasn't a good one and concentrate on ones that will make him some money. Lessons learnt and all that malarkey.
No agenda whatsoever. I was invested over at SOU for 5.5 years. Disappointing how things have turned out over there with no Liquidity Event.
Yeah, not a big fan of these types of lifestyle companies as you can probably tell. Just my personal opinion at the end of the day. Let me have my moan!
I saw the share price rise over the past couple of days and I had a feeling it looked like yet another AIM pump 'n' dump. Hopefully not too many people got suckered in. NUOG rhymes with DOG and this is what this share is IMHO. Woofety woof!
SOU should have braved it out and gone it alone. Giving away the share of the assets, assuming a deal goes ahead, doesn't make much sense given where the current share price resides. Even if there was dilution after dilution, at least people could have seen a way forward. There still remains the real danger of SOU delisting off AIM if / when the "deal" is done. That's my opinion, by the way - the possibility of SOU delisting off AIM, as the majority of decisions I think would be made by the other company whilst SOU would just be a shell company. Still not convinced there will be any dividend coming your way any time soon, even if a "deal" is penned, when any money coming SOU's way is probably best used towards getting some gas proved-up.
Rather convenient how the GSA signing has been pushed back after the deadline date for the supposed "deal" with the unnamed UK private company. Typical SOU. Yet more delays when this could have been signed months and months ago IMHO.
I seem to recall Parsons is staying on in a consultative capacity until June 2020. Why June? Sounds very specific in terms of timescale. I still would be surprised if this unnamed UK company does a JV deal with SOU but you haven't got too long to wait. The "deal" could of course happen before the deadline date of Feb 14th and doesn't have to wait until then. There was no mention of the "deal" in today's RNS, which is a little bit worrying because surely people want to know how that is progressing / drawing to its conclusion rather than when they hope to get the GSA signed. Hmm....anyway.....I still remain unimpressed with how things are supposedly panning-out here. Delay after delay and radio silence with regards to the "deal." I'm still not tempted to have a punt here and I suspect Crudenohope, the Sussex Liberal (!) is still waiting for his top-up opportunity.
Profit is profit when a share price is just about to tumble. £910 buys a very posh night out with your Mrs. so maybe a certain somebody was being nagged in the ear. It doesn't demonstrate much confidence for what is to come, share price wise.
Has everybody seen the large sale that was posted today with a 30th December date against it? Almost £21k's worth too. I am wondering if one of the Director's or even Parsons has sold their shares. Parsons, I think has around 727,000 shares and the sale was for over 900,000 shares, so it would be interesting to know who the seller was.
Jacklevi - you're talking to somebody who has lost money in SOU. I sold at a loss, but it was more a case of salvaging what I had left so that I could use that money to try and give myself half a chance of recouping the losses incurred at SOU, which as you know, I managed to do via EUA. There are too many people who seem content to carry on watching the share price fall to 0.0p without taking any money back off the table. I say take what you can before it's too late. Don't keep filling the trough with your cheeky top-ups because IMHO it's wasted money. And besides, you are one of the many people who have been very angered by what has happened here, Jack. You are of a senior age and this was probably your last chance of making some decent money. Now that opportunity has unfortunately come and gone. Don't appear so surprised that people out there are a tad furious about what has happened here. It has ruined thousands of lives and killed-off the dreams and hopes of many.
