Just been having a quick scan of the above article, that actually promotes Quadrise. Don't recall seeing this report discussed previously, but in a quick summary it explains why everything is taking longer than we had hoped. The infrastructure investment, the supply of the feedstocks, the investment at the ports, etc, etc. So given the last updates that we have been provided, it seems that we are moving in the right direction, just that it is taking far longer than we had hoped. After 13 years... what's another few weeks, months?

Is anyone else familiar with Argent Energy - seems they could either be a useful company to collaborate with or a direct competitor.

Just noticed that Tomco is supposedly down 16.67%. And noted a comment about Valkor. It's been a while since I had a look at Valkor's website....so thought just on the off chance they might have some news regarding Utah and Quadrise's success. Think they must be busy writing the update....(well who knows, ever the optimist). Given Valkor's expertise in project management etc, could they be involved in getting things moving in Morocco and Panama? Let's see what the rest of the month holds.....

First impression of Peter is that he seems to know his stuff, and is going to be a good CEO.

Where it says "to acquire a mortar mixing plant as the Company seeks to scale the production of optimised low-carbon 3D construction printing mortars it has been developing to meet ongoing project commitments." this does actually sound pretty positive. Given that our client Balfour Beatty is a pretty significant player in many infrastructure areas, they could well begin opening up many opportunities for Versarien in both the UK and USA.

I think in yesterday's presentation it stated that there had been 2 new employees added in 2025, which I assume is on the operational side. It really does seem that the stars are starting to align. 12 years on this journey, and looking forward to sharing in the success over the next decade or two.

So assuming the scheme gets voted for, it looks like we will then have to decide to either take the cash or take the shares in the new company that aren't traded on the stock market. What's the general consensus on taking the cash or taking the shares? I'm tempted to follow the executives and take the shares., as I believe the cash offer to be too cheap.

Generally seems like the future is getting better. The explanations around the MSC delays makes sense. So let's look forward to a very successful 2025.
