Pg 10 and pg 11 have been stimulated before with no issue and they shouldn't be one next time also let's see if they have granted the ippc which as been cleared by the authorities of not needing a EIA which has been well documented. Gl

We've been told compression tech will work and they were also looking at opening other wells. If this EIA is required then the process takes 3 months max according to their own rules. Gl

Max for EIA but why didn't we just do one anyway. Why all the talk between arso ascent and geo jumping through hoops answering any questions that they wanted for them according to this report go to media and practically have us over. Before any news leak there should of been an rns?if I was colin I know what I'd be doing.

At the beginning of November, the new Environment Minister announced an internal review into the permitting process. This review concluded in early December with the findings of the review focussed on procedural issues within ARSO and not the content of the permit applications.

Over the course of December various experts have published their opinions on the re-stimulation processes. The stimulation of wells has been a common practice in Slovenia since 1956 with over 100 such activities completed without incident. Most recently, in 2011, the stimulation of Pg-10 and Pg-11A were subject to extensive review. We have also made details of the fluids used during the stimulation process public to address public misconceptions.

We should still get the ippc permit I wonder what they will come up with to delay this further.
