Personally I think they thought it was a done deal, but we all know by now that something is brewing, hoping its good news, anyone have opinions on why its been so delayed ,?

Ok things change , but out of respect for shareholders, maybe a rns update, why say this then nothing ? I get there are no guarantees but if you are going to say dates then follow it up.just my opinion.
