I’ve already voted against this proposal. Totally outrageous when the business has performed so badly.

Why pay inflated interest on the RCF when they have £170m of properties with zero debt on them!! Just sell them lease them back and pay back the RCF. Drives me mad when listed companies try to become property investors!
