Read the Chairman’s letter - Fraser’s have ignored all of the governance questions raised by boohoo. You can’t argue against that. Frasers MO is to take control of businesses via debt for equity then strip the assets and shareholders end up with Zero!

No he said Finley was a lame and rushed appointment…now he sees the value in Deb’s he wants Dan to remain…

Looks like he’s now happy for Dan Finley to remain CEO…changing his mind every 5 minutes!

Mr Ashley said he had held discussions “around Debenhams” in a meeting with Boohoo boss Dan Finley last week. The Sports Direct founder said he was prepared to work with Mr Finley, who was appointed as chief executive last month, despite having been touted for the position himself.

Interesting how much emphasis Ashley put on Deb’s in his letter and meeting with Finley! Stop the points scoring, sign the checks and balances that Mahmud has signed, get on the board and make the company go ballistic.
