There are many, but unfortunately PRELEA has been to naive to go down certain avenues like the European union which has power over ZIM, all not to upset the ministry.
Instead it looks like its over at VAST because of Prelea's arrogance
He should have been replaced years ago
FACT - Prelea is persona non grata to the ministry of ZIM, the diamonds are not coming back, any holder that thinks this, buys in for this, are disillusional
The Company has had more than ample time to deal with the ministry, other parties wanted to deal with them, on behalf of VAST, and as usual Prelea would not let go.
The demise and ultimately the failure of VAST is down to the arrogance of PRELEA
Very good reply Mr Brewer, and thank you for clarifying YOUR position.
Interesting to see you are mopping up all the Turner Pope holders shares at a 65% premium to the market !!!!
You may have just sat there at 0.80 in the market and mopped up all the sellers that are selling over the last few days,
Very strange that you wanted to pay such a large premium !!
Interesting... Mr Brewer, indeed Interesting
That he has bought stock at a 50% premium to the market .... really LOL.
He has sold his 0.22 stock from one entity to another entity, this wont be reported as there is no NOMAD here.
all to pump up a falling stock, watch it go back to 0.75 again once his PUMPING has finished
Sorry to be so cynical but seen these muppets many times before.
Gullible holders jump on these RNS at the expense of people like Brewer.
Why.. because the Company has no information to share. Wait for the update and everyone will be pleasantly surprised.
This is a short attack, nothing more, a way to make money being short. They will close before the next update.
Just look at the chart last time, NOTHING HAS CHANGED
Petrofac Ltd, down 5.7% at 32.41p, 12-month range 31.92p-97.88p. Shares in the provider of services to the energy industry are on track to suffer a sixth-successive daily decline. The stock has been hurt by weaker oil prices of late. During this losing streak, shares have slumped some 20%. A barrel of Brent oil fetches USD79.85 on Monday morning London time, down from USD81.47 at the time of the London equities close on Friday.
manula, was and is a different animal
brewer didnt gift himself zillions of free shares in so many entities in manula. the company has done the heaving lifting for him.
neo is a different baby, he has pumped the **** out of this stock to get the stock up and sell his zillions of shares in to the rise.
the cat is out of the bag today.
And the market knows that there will be no update for 14 days, so easy to get short on this with so much free float out there.
Double whammy of the above, that is it.
Breaching banking covenants is unfounded
