When commodities were plentiful, I would say the historical cycle was predictable.

The world population always keeps increasing and the countries with the highest growth are the ones with the highest populations.

There was always a couple countries supplying most of the commodities- this is totally changing. The BRICS are looking after themselves first and thus the rest will need to recess and adapt which they are doing.

So a supply of a critical metal/mineral at a superior purity and costs less to produce, the big boys will be fighting each other and that also depends how well the wagons have been circled.

Then 26 million as a percentage after dilution say 550 million the shares go up but the percentage goes down.

But is there not a correlation between the shares in issue at that point in time,
