Deluded? Do you mean the shiny new Eureka asset that has sent the SP skyward? Do not agree about a placing at .40p - he did three interviews that day to specifically get across the placing would NOT be at the current price at the time. If the company raises money at .40p to purchase yet another asset when the market is already thinking Vast are looking overstretched, and also at a price lower than the previous...? - that would not look good. What companies do well when they raise at a less price than the previous. Spiral of death in my book. All in my opinion of course.

Expecting big things next week..especially the back end...SP build up before hand will do nicely!

My point would be, yes, get the placing, but how can you guarantee that the placing would be higher SP?.. That's what I'm struggling with..and I think the rest of the market is to..= uncertainty. Ok, say I trust the word of a higher SP.. That means he knows the licence is coming any day now, or, he will slow down the speed of profits etc, until it does.. That's my take...it's a which one you believe.

No idea, Ian. Ronnycant and others have been suggesting that's the case and have been taking their word.. (Being lazy) :-)

To me, the mindset of this seller needs changing. It's been going on for months and they have the confidence to continue at this sp level. He/she has with stood 280 million trading days and still it continues..to what price! Back to pre oct 18th price of the. .30s? Until AP sorts out the finer points, I, like others, I expect, are feeling rather helpless at the moment... Grumble over.

Ronnycant - in your opinion, what happens if the license fails to materialise before the gov summer shut down? The placing doesn't take place as the SP will be too low? and with that, the company plods along as it does - no funds to increase profits at Manilia, pay for due-diligence on future potential assets and to carry on with the de-watering? I'm after scenarios. :-)
