Not really deluded sharedealer, Roll Royce fundraised during the pandemic when nobody was flying aeroplanes so no money was being earned from maintenance, but they still had monthly expenses of many millions every month.

No incoming money so diluted to raise funds.

Business returned and now is booming with many avenues of money being generated so yes the share price has boomed.

Tym is not Rolls Royce so it will not boom as much.

Shame you had to throw in the insult as I was enjoying a sensible debate with you this time.

Sharedealer I think one of us is miss understanding if I spend £10000 I would like to know what I'm getting for my £10000.

If I buy 10% of TYM for £10000, then they dilute I don't own 10% anymore I own less so my £10000 is not worth 10%.

If they don't dilute but hit the biggest copper strike in the history of the world I will make a big profit.

If they dilute multiple times then do the above I may break even due to dilution.

Rolls Royce won't dilute as they have loads of money to self fund. TYM have enough to keep the lights on.

As I say sharedealer if you buy £10,000 of shares today then you have "x" number of shares don't you.

If the company then does a fundraising round you are diluted your £10k of shares is no longer worth £10k it's diluted down so now worth less let's say £7k same number of shares but worthless. Now TYM has done multiple dilutions over the years and I have not averaged down so now my £10k is worth 50p, I still have "x" number of shares they are just worthless. So number of shares in issue does matter.

Pointless making predictions a fake take over bid took the SP to 16p when they had nothing.

So with confirmed licences, the promised £100m financial backing I would of honestly thought easily £1 per share.

Hi, in my opinion the number of shares does matter to an investor and here is why. Current market cap of TYM is £4.9m.

If there is only 1 share in issue that share is worth £4.9m.

If there are 2 shares in issue each share is worth £2.45m.

TYM has 5 billion shares in issue, the market cap is still £4.9m but each share is worth pretty much nothing per share as most sensible people are well aware.

So when TYM issue more shares to raise money the market cap will still be approx the same but the current shareholders holdings will be worth less as they have been diluted. This is why long term holders get annoyed as our holdings are worthless and we need the SP to multi bag in multiples to break even.

TYM has never done anything to improve the share price, all they have ever done is dilute.

So please tell me if I am wrong. So shares in issue and dilution is why people try and say TYM is a dog.

Market cap will always be divided by the number of shares in issue, it matters to investors not the company whose value stays the same as market cap is not diluted.

After crashing from £2 to 38p most people have already given up hope. 😞

So they spent millions to buy shares in other companies, so now they have milked themselves to get more cash in.

TYM current market cap £3.58 million.

Kobold to spend up to £6 million on exploration expenditure, for a 50% earn in.

Why would Kobold not buy out TYM it is half the value of expenditure, then you get 100%.

Seis the SP went up only a couple of weeks ago and then crashed.

I have said it once I will say it again I hope it goes up just so I can break even, but I won't hold my breath.

Although take a look at New Frontier Minerals (NFM) with an RNS today.

They have a massive copper find in Australia, called The Big One! I bought in years ago at 4 pence. Today they are bordering 1p. So crashed, that's why I'm not confident here that even if TYM has a big find they will multi bag massively

Luckily I have a total of 12 investments, New investors here have a chance of making a few £'s as the SP has crashed here so much.

Longer term holders like myself have no chance, so gor newbies this could be gold, for oldies like me it's a dog share.

The comments from people here are like "Groundhog Day" again for me.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. I invested years ago when they discovered the "Big One" their massive copper deposit. Sadly I think they have misplaced it as nothing seems to be happening with it.

The reason I ask is many companies have TR1's and bosses buying shares and it does nothing. They still have a rubbish SP and still fail.

This particular company TYM has been a dog for all the years I have held here. I even topped up when people called me an idiot for moaning, because I actually thought maybe I am an idiot.

Then the SP crashed and these guys disappeared into the night. TYM could multi bag 10 times and I'm sure I would still be in the red.

Please take a look at a company called Europa Metals, code EUZ. They had a site in Toral, Spain owned by them as well.

A company similar to TYM a minnow in a big pond.

Their asset silver, lead & zinc proven asset value £3 Billion in the ground. Drilled hundreds of holes constantly, diluted constantly to pay for drilling.

Asset size proven, asset extraction designed and approved signed a deal with Denarius Mining then sold the asset to them for £2 million EUZ is now out of business, share suspended whilst company assets are being sold off for pennies.

You expect TYM to fly to the moon. I own a few mining stocks not only one, this company and EUZ are the same, EUZ share holders exactly the same on their message board as this thinking this time next year Rodney.

I don't care if you think I have a grudge I will argue with none of you directly but I will converse.

Been wiped out on other companies when they consolidated.

Obviously depends on the consolidation ratio and the amount of shares you own.

Not sure why you are getting so worked up. We have never met, not likely to ever meet and our paths will never cross. But I own shares here and I can choose to moan about the company rather than argue with faceless nameless anonymous posters and not get angry about it.

This company has done nothing but sink and dilute it's a fact. They will dilute again and the SP will tank. Obviously you have to much money invested here and now your worried that you have lost it all, hence why you are blowing off steam at me.
