Not wanting to sound negative about the oil price and the fishy 8 pence predictions here, let's be real. Copl finds a billion barrels of oil worth upteen billions the sp falls to 1.5p at one point.
Now everyone gets excited at $85 a barrel oil and we are going to explode????? Do me a favour take the weekend off and enjoy yourself. Rather than boring me more on my boring weekend.
Hi Adz
I have averaged down on many shares everything for me a kiss of death!!!!
I would loved to of averaged down here but everytime i looked the SP kept dropping.
I'm hoping over at Copl once a JV is done and dusted and if as predicted the SP raises to 40 - 60p I can sell up and break even on my whole portfolio, then I can give up on the stock market and carry on with my 9 - 5pm job until I retire. I have proven to myself the stock market is not for me.
Good luck to you all
Hi Adz
Must admit for me I just took a gamble buying in, I have been watching this from the £1 days. I took a small gamble with only 1262 shares at approx 30p which I thought was a bargain, look they fell to 13p approx at one point. I call this the Jedster effect!!!! Has my luck changed only time will tell.
I can see the best way for me to make money is for a shorter to pay me to buy shares in companies they want to make big money on, maybe start with Apple!!!!!
The world needs oil so I invested in oil companies so far I'm out of pocket.
The world needs gas so I invested in Baron Oil who has lots of it so far broken even.
The world needs copper and other metals so I invested in copper and lithium so far so bad!!!
I'm sorry I'm jinxed and invested here. :-(
Not wanting to ruin any excitement here, I am invested in COPL they found 1 billion barrels of oil on their land that they never knew was there!!!! Where they were already producing oil so no problem with production/extraction SP went from 32p when I bought in to 37p within a couple of days. Then it all started to go wrong dilution came problems arose actually falling in price to 1.7p at one point, now sitting around 4p.
I'm hoping it does not happen here but as I am the world's most unlucky investor I won't hold my breath, I shall just wait and see
I do wish us all good luck though.
I have thought about averaging down on this share and every other that I own, every time regretting it as when I did the SP fell!!!
So not doing it again.
If you need a share crash then let me know which company it is and I will buy in, this is my super power!!!!
Hi mailgirl still here!!!! Still waiting and still poor!!!!
One day I may be lucky and break even and my wife might start talking to me again....
Keep checking on us you never know news my come causing me a heart attack then I may need CPR!!
I always chuckle when I read the following quotes:-
Big seller out
Someone is dumping
Someone is buying
TR1 incoming
And my favourite...... short on stock.
If there are no shares to buy the price goes up up up as you cannot buy any for love nor money.
If there are lots of stock the price goes down as the market is flooded.
If buys match sells price the price stays the same.
With over 500 million shares in issue there will always be shares to buy.
Queue the banter!!!!
Who's hills??? TYM???
Can't believe they would be that lucky. Last soil tests done but not RNS'd (replied to me in Twitter) showed a teeny tiny % of copper so I won't hold my breath they will find a decent grade of Copper. TYM would find more copper in my change tin in my wardrobe, saying that they probably couldn't find the wardrobe to start with. :-(
It's Fomo
I wouldn't want to be out of this over the weekend
