Mirasol, my understanding of people on this board calling you "she" is that is nothing to do with using the feminine pronoun as an insult but simply that they believe that you are the aniti-oil activist Ruth Hayhurst who has been opposing Angus Energy for the last 6 years.

They believe that the Mirasol identity along with the HeadInTheSand one, the WG818 (or whatever it is) one are all used by yourself or a loose organisation of anti-oil activists to try and discredit Angus by any means necessary as it is ht eonly explanation for you constantly posting negatively on this board for years without being invested.

I am not sure I believe it myself, but it does raise the question that: If you are not an anti oil activist and you are not invested here then why do you post so often and so negatively about the company,?

Angus is certainly following the correct line of travel for a company that could interest institutional investors in the future. It has a solid revenue generating asset in a stable jurisdiction and it has plans to move into geothermal etc which ticks a lot of the ESR boxes.

What would be the big kicker would be if they started to pay a dividend though as there are plenty of institutional investors that only invest in companies that issue dividends. At 14mmscfd then a dividend is very possible.

So an petroleum trading company takes a stake of 4% in Angus. I wonder if this is to get potential access to the forthcoming increased gas production? These kind of people do not invest in companies like Angus unless they see a chance to make money. When you combine this with the LoA tweet from the other day it looks like Saltfleetby is about to go very very big. Hold onto your hats boys.

Since Angus are already producing more than enough gas to cover the hedge, I don't think that the question is "how much gas by when" anymore. The new question is just "how much gas"?

If Lady of Aim is right and the company's internal estimates are 14mmscfd after the sidetrack then HeadInTheSand is right and the share price would multi-bag many times over,

Mirasol, as far as I understand from your answer you are suggesting that if the field produces at 14mmscfd then the share price will increase by 10% from the current price.

I think that that prediction is absolute nonsense, but everybody is entitled to an opinion. Of course, it does beg the question that if a 10% increase in share price is all you expect if production more than doubles, why are you invested in Angus at all?

Mirasol, I get the fact that you don’t believe the Lady of Aim account even though it has been spot on about information on a number of different companies in the past. But assuming that it is right with the 14mmscfd then how much do you think the share price will rise?

It wouldn't be the first positive bit of news you and your gang have missed about Angus Mirasol. Just out of interest, how much money per month do your calculations show that Angus will make if LoA's information is correct, and they produce 14mmscfd?

Yes, I said this earlier. As soon as testing is completed then we can go straight into gas production and cash generation without having to acquire any more permissions. Exciting isn't it?

GP Jersey are not a proper institutional investor. They tried to take over Block Energy with Jon Fitzpatrick and Gneiss Energy a while ago and investors there through them out on their ear at the EGM. Apparently the company is run by a 27 year old trustafarian called Fraser Lang , who has never had a real job in his life and who now uses it to "invest" his daddy's money to keep himself occupied. Apparently, he just does exactly what he is told by Fitzpatrick and so it is clear that as soon as the Sound Energy bid (which was backed by Fitzpatrick and Gneiss) disappeared then GP Jersey would go too.

It is also a very late TR1 to issue too. He has clearly been selling since the Sound bid went and yet we are expected to believe that he sold such a major proportion of his Angus investment in the last few days so he didn’t have to declare when he passes any thresholds other than 0% despite what the rules say. He did the same at Block Energy also. We are well rid of this snake.

HITS, is always interesting to get your negative opinion on all matters Angus. However if you would stick to actual facts instead of passing off your negative opinions as factual then it would be much appreciated.

You have claimed that the two existing wells will not flow enough to cover the hedge. However, that the company has completely refuted this assessment in writing in the Q&A section of the website when they stated that: “it is our view that the hedged production should be able to be covered by these two wells in the event of failure of the sidetrack”

You can’t get clearer than that can you. It expressly states that your comment is not “purely factual” but is in fact a lie. There will be no shortfalls in the hedge at all, even from day one.

I understand that you will probably moan and disagree, but you are not an industry expert, nor even in the O&G industry at all from what I hear. So unless you want to provide us with a link to an O&G LinkedIn profile that is provably yours I think that we should probably all (including you) accept that fact that Angus have hired people substantially more competent than yourself to come up with this conclusion.

Oktane - Saltfleetby was never going to generate Angus £& million a month. HITS was right on that at least. If they produce 10mmscf in June then, with the predicted gas rate to be 250p per therm it is absolutely possible that Saltfleetby could generate a gross revenue of £7.5 million+ in June 2022. However, Angus would only have 50% of this revenue so the maximum they could receive would be £3.75 million.

June revenues are a one-off though as in July the hedge kicks in and it is here that we have been incessantly warned by HITS and his alter egos that Angus will really suffer in terms of generating money. However, once again if we look at the actual figures then at 5mmscf produced Saltfleetby would only generate £1.6 million (£800k net to Angus). At 10mmscf this would increase to £5.6 million (£2.8 million net to Angus). So, a massive £2 million drop on the unhedged revenue but £2.8 million a month net to Angus is not too shabby in the circumstances.

The fact that the share price is no substantially higher than it is at the moment comes down to one simple thing in my opinion and this is just the fact that the big money is waiting for first gas to be produced and for all of the risk to go out of the stock. Big money happy to miss out on the majority of the rise as long as they miss out on all of the risk, even if this means missing out on huge gains at minimal risk. It’s just the way that they work.

I was looking at HITS’ posting history and it is fascinating to see how he relentlessly focuses on the negative, but it is hilarious to see how even his negatives have started to become positive. Not long ago he was proclaiming that Angus would never get the funding to make “Poundland” work. Then Saltfleetby would never generate any significant amount of gas. Then the gas price was too low, then the hedge was going to ensure that Angus never made any money.

Now he is arguing over whether or not Saltfleetby will generate £7 million in July and saying that Angus will only net approximately £2 million. Just to be clear, this is £2million net to Angus in a single month from a project that he said was worthless and apparently this is still a negative. Laughable, just laughable.

It's not just SOU shareholders celebrating. I for one am delighted that their dog of a company has ceased its attempts to take over Angus with their worthless paper.
