Hi Dansey, understand your sentiment but unfortunately doesn't really work like that. When a company wants to issue shares or other debt, they have to do market sounding so they will engage with their brokers /other sales teams who have direct contact to market players. Hence those guys will always get first bite of the cherry. No one really understands how AIM placings work and if they say they do , they are either part of the process or they are lying. Retail investors will only be invited after the initial sounding and once the required funding is secured as a sweetener, and even the the fundees will likely have to ok it(afterlife its more dilution).

Don't forget the higher the SP the worse it is for the people funding as less shares, that is why I suspect ACAM put some pressure on to raise now, get more shares at a lower price. I'll ok with that, as we are entering a mega news period.

Actually cloudy, thinking about it again im becoming more and more satisfied with the raise. AiM companies normally raise when there is F all going on, and nothing to underpin the SP, hence it drifts, we have raised at the start of a mega news rich period( maybe under pressure from ACAM), which if all indicators are to be believed should see us accelerate from here fully funded. There will be no twats saying ohh placing coming, its already happened!! Lets go DP.

I suppose one could say that that is confidential info and he may have mentioned it in error, clearly this round of funding did not involve Metlen, but maybe the cat is out of the bag now. Are people really falling for this? A near dormant company with a board who are questionable to say the least , who have delivered absolutely nothing for the last 5 years or so other than shareholder destruction.

It is a real mystery multiplier why we are stuck down here. I get the way MMs work , they wanna get shares cheap and sell higher, and keepthe SP depressed for the inpatient. Trouble is here for them there are so many people with large numbers of shares who refuse to sell at these ridiculous prices, cos we know the bigger prize. So there is a bit of a stand off currently.

Nope no placing for foreseeable, drilling is funded, warrants can be converted and still money from previous fund raises /money back from Dubai venture.

There will be one , one day of course but by then Rock should have a plan and potential interest from external sources. SP should be a lot higher by the time that happens.

Expect over the next few months from the more unsavouries.

A placing may come in the future, but by then we will be at a much higher price. This campaign is fully funded for , plus warrant cash too.

It will be the results and DPs decision after that that will define the future here. I.e mine/keep it all for ourselves or involve another player for a %, or offload the entire thing for fair value 100's M??

Frustrating that after 3 months, we still dont have any concrete results. On the other hand not every hole will be easy to drill and there are 28 in total, massive sulphides in hole 10 are certainly encouraging , and seems this will be easier and quicker to drill. Another rig due on site next month, but the wait goes on.

I think on the balance of probability the market is erring on a deal next week, else we would of seen a sell of today with all these 'negative' headlines, I expect this to rise towards 6p into the weekend.
