So so wrong. And I think you are being highly disrespectful to Richard Lloyd.

I am a shareholder - like or most probably unlike you - and I have advanced loan funds to Shuka on extremely attractive terms that many junior companies could only dream of.

I am looking forward to seeing the progress and like I have pointed out, I actually see a lot of comparables with Ivanhoe’s Kipushi Zinc Mine which I visited several year ago and which is now on track to become one of the worlds leading operations.

Supportive of the management and company and watch like other shareholders on the progress to be made.

@Mroberts24108 - I can openly comment on Shuka as I am an investor and debt provider and not engaged as a corporate advisor or other official capacity.

On Neo I am its executive director. Key material communications are made through the RNS platform and official RNSs - which I believe have, over these past weeks, provided shareholders such as yourself with the appropriate updates on our progress.

As stated a further update on the status of the audit completion and resumption of trading is to be made this week - so tomorrow then.

That news I would again anticipate will provide shareholders with the necessary confidence in the soon to be publication of the annual accounts and the resumption of trading.

I am just an investor and debt provider. Not engaged by the company in any capacity and certainly not an advisor. So not sure of the need for the association you make.

Richard Lloyd is a highly experienced and capable geologist and company director. He is fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and Fellow of the Geological Society. He is further regulated by the FCA given his NR Private Markets Platform.

As was stated in today's RNS "The Company's geological consultants GeoQuest Limited and an international drilling contractor looking to tender for the Kabwe drilling contact were also in attendance."

Richard Lloyd has overseen multiple geological exploration and drilling programs in his career that has spanned multiple commodities and countries and continents.

To make such suggestions of him or the samples taken is in my personal opinion totally inappropriate.

The sample confirm the high-grade mineralisation which given the historical records and over 90 years of mining is actually not too surprising but always good to see.

I have been to the site and seen the many small scale open pit workings and outcrops of the mineralisation contained in the same orebodies that were previously mined and which were referenced in the independent competent persons report.

Shuka is one of several companies that I / GMI have invested in - we actually have investments in over 20 listed and unlisted mining companies.

So please judge Shuka on the merits of the experienced Board and management team and the underlying project - which in my personal opinion is a fantastic opportunity and one I have spent several years being involved with and securing.

Agree. I am just an investor like you all - it is the Shuka executive management headed up by Richard Lloyd that will drive this forward.

Invested £588,670 in equity at 5p in June 2023 - so underwater there after over 2 1/2 years, have taken shares at significant premium for past consultancy services provided and have also advanced over US$2 million in debt funding to Shuka on what many would consider very attractive terms.

So a significant investment in a company with a current market capitalisation of just £4.8 million and now with a 100% interest in a significant zinc project in Zambia.

Like all investors looking to get a return on this investment and hopefully see the share price rise to reflect the value of the recent acquisition.

Hoping for a rewarding 2026.

Actually not bad at finding good ‘lost’ and high value assets and negotiating on them.

Look at Neo deal with US$12 billion Sibanye and its Beisa Uranium and Gold Mine and the Beatrix 4 shaft and processing plant and infrastructure unite.

No doubt a good asset and now the work needs to start to ensure that value can be demonstrated to investors and the broad market.

I’ve realised that when it comes to ‘facts and truths’ that’s rarely seen on bulletin boards or discussion forums. It’s rather rumour and innuendo and unfortunately it’s parties using a situation to fit their narrative - that’s how I see it anyway.

Richard Lloyd is duty bound to all shareholders and all should ask questions and ensure he like all directors are accountable.

Getting access to directors can be hard and it’s a shame the ‘London-market’ puts this aura around directors and has this view that they are uncontactable or not approachable. That needs to change going forward in my opinion. Be accessible, address elephants in the room and be heard and be seen to be out there and able to stand up and answer questions about your decisions and reasonings why a certain route has been progressed.

Irrespective of your thoughts on this raising, Shuka is acquiring a major asset funded by a non- dilutive and non-converting debt instrument and through issuing shares to the vendors at almost a 75% premium to the current share price and certainly near a 13 month high price. That on the face of it is value to shareholders in my mind.

Capital has been raised in the London market to fund the program of activities there through a placement and at a price below where it certainly was last week - and obviously I can see that frustration here. As an equity investor in Shuka having taken stock at far higher prices that that, I can see and feel those frustrations.

Let this churn and ‘overhang’ get out of the system and then let the company commence its activities at Kabwe which it is now funded to do and let’s see those results - as I’ve said in my mind this is a truly world class asset that was ‘lost’ to the capital markets and had an opportunity to come back now in Shuka.

As to broader strategy of Shuka’s plans, well I’ve got faith that Richard and his team have the necessary capabilities to advance that and get the Kabwe Mine back on the world stage and in doing so I am sure it will grab the necessary attention of investors and of other groups out there.

Early days in what I hope is going to be achieved at the Kabwe Mine and by Shuka and I remain very supportive of the company and I believe.

Sheikh not sure what you are suggesting - have invested cash into this and mostly as debt and which has acquired an asset that if funded through equity would likely have required a significant amount of equity to be rasied.

Not sure about your claim here of a massive overhang as majority of shares very tightly held and capital structure here is in my opinion a grea asset in itself of the company.

I know the LEM shareholders vey well and its pleasing to see there support in this transaction - there stock prices at over 50% of this rain - so like GMI taking shares at a major premium to current levels - GMI taking stock at 8p for its loan fees now so what does that tell you about our belief in this project.

Anyway as always time will tell and I look forward to the coming days when the obvious churn clears and the asset story can become clearer.

Invested almost $3m into this through both debt and equity.

Debt that is not convertible and is unsecured and is on what I believe is very attractive terms. Advisory fees have been taken in stock too and at a significant premium to market and then that stock also used to assist with the JSE listing and held on the SA registry. We are supportive and I believe that has been demonstrated severally.

Few exploration companies out there that can raise such debt funding I believe and especially those with market capitalisations well below $5m.

Stepped in and funded Shuka though the debt facilities. Delays with it yes and as disclosed in RNSs and unfortunately largely beyond our control. But funds have been advanced.

Shuka has raised equity now for the first time in almost 2 1/2 years - imagine the potential dilution if these debt funds advanced were rather raised as equity. And whilst I can understand some of the disappointment at the pricing, the reality is that Shuka is funded now and able to both complete the acquisition of the Kabwe Mine and move ahead with its planned initial exploration activities - all as disclosed in the recent RNSs.

So why did we do this, well primarily because I believe the Kabwe Mine is indeed a world class asset and I believe it offers a great opportunity for Richard and his team to create something of value for the Shuka shareholders.

Here in a supportive way and clearly I want to see this company trading at much higher prices than it currently is.

A good capital structure in place too and supportive brokers and advisors in the UK and Africa. So a lot of positives in my mind.

GMI is a major shareholder in UMR and has subscribed and funded its full obligations and settled cash payments to the company under a placement and CLN at a approx 100% premium to the current share price on time and as required.

GMI is UMRs second largest shareholder. And no issues here.

GMI has further now met its obligations to the funding into TECH and is now the company's largest shareholder and is pleased to see that the company is now trading at an approximate 5 year high share price. I am sure shareholders in TECH are similarly pleased to see the share price has risen by 250% over the past 6 months as a result of GMIs involvement in the company.

SHUKA payments have advanced this quarter and GMI is pleased to be a major holder of the shares and debt provider.

Good to see the news out today and I believe the dual listing will be of great value to Shuka.

Taking shares at 8p and obviously in lieu of fees and at the premium it was to the share price was a no brainer for me.

Clearer demonstrates my continued support for the company.

The shares are to go into the a South African register and are not there to allow any short selling but required by the JSE and local share registrar to allow them to settle any unsettled trades that may occur - not expecting any to occur but it’s just a requirement on that market and as a long term holder clearly I am happy to provide them for on that basis

Looking forward to seeing the company progress under Richard’s leadership, who I believe has all the attributes necessary to take this forward.

As per RNS, drill results, CPR and JORC resource on Blesberg to be released this current quarter.

Details as to why these have not yet released have been disclosed in RNS and under instruction of our Competent Person.

Resource drilling to commence at Kinusi this quarter and to carry on in parallel with the mining and processing of the high grade copper ores that have been independently assayed and verified from the exposed copper mineralisation, particularly in Pit 4 which now extends for up to 500m in strike length and is 2m thick and open in all areas.

Independent geological consultants Geofields are finalising the updated drill programs and will oversee these activities.

Drilling at Nyorinyori to also commence and currently waiting for Geofields proposal.

Drilling and additional trenching work to commence in Q3 and as announced in today's RNS.

On manganese figures and RNS have been with advisor for verification ahead of RNS release. As a shareholder I am sure you appreciate that process of verification and review.

As to the payment - that is with our partner Takela, they receive the direct payment as the license holder - who as always do a incredible job - and the RNS updates and confirmation of receipt of funds will address any and all points you have raised.

What Marula say in RNS is verified and approved by the advisors prior to anything being released and is based on the information as provided - no statements are made without such information.

The RNS was clear:

"The provisional payment of the 90% of the initial estimated value, based on estimated grade, tonnes loaded and prevailing copper prices is expected to be received by the end of next week, with the balance due following final weight, concentrate grade analyses results and confirmation that the concentrate specifications have been met."

It was expected by the end of last week - by the 21st - today is the 2nd business day after that, and funds are clearing.

Neither I nor Takela control international and cross border payments and settlements - at times I wish I could.

It is a process and we are in it.

I trust that clarifies and I trust that the RNSs will further clarify.
